“It is probably the Best Greek restaurant in the whole Bergen County. I was impressed with the layout, the waiters were very helpful, and gave us the best advice, even for the pickiest of us. After the Greek salad, crisp zucchini, and grilled calamari, the Pastitsio, Moussaka, and seafood Giouvetsi all cooked in clay pots filled us up, but then the lamb chops with lemon potatoes arrived, and nobody could resist them. For dessert we had a platter of galaktobureko"milkpie" and one called ekmek, that we could not decide which was the best. We will definitely come back, but we better fast in advance.“

“Let me tell you about their delicious sandwiches and catering. Ordered for my daughter’s shower who lives in Ramsey. The food was delivered on time including sandwiches, salads, fruit salad, iced teas and lemonade and all the utensils and serving utensils needed. The guest were so surprised that I thought to cater from Panera but I’ve always enjoyed their food and it seemed like the perfect menu for a hot summer day. We had one small issue which their manager Charles took care of immediately in a way that superseded my expectations. Great customer service and experience. “My first visit to Salad House in Ridgewood was a great experience. I received a warm welcome from Chris, the manager. He was very courteous and polite. He took the time to explain the menu and answer my questions with great detail and enthusiasm. I ordered the Teriyaki Bowl and was very pleased; as it was very flavorful. The Falafel as well as chicken soup were very tasty! Very clean environment! The Salad House in Ridgewood will definitely be my go to place whenever I am in town!“

“The hummus was amazing! The dips have barcodes but nothing was scanned. We were told that small containers were $6 and large $9. The staff seemed nice so I don’t think we were overcharged but we’ve been up charged at certain places so we were just a little weary. We definitely stood out but staff was nice and the hummus makes you want to come back. The pastries did have prices so we tried the babka. They also have a chalkboard menu of items to order.“

“So good! We have been in construction for the last 9 months. All of which was supposed to take 4 month. We haven't been able to cook and Moms Kitchen has been our go to for quite a few nights. Roman was solid nothing out of this world but ok the bowls was pretty much the same, good eats for sure.

The day I came was June 24 and it was like 90+ degrees outside and there AC was off and we went to dine in after a graduation let’s just say it was hard to eat 😂

The juice was ok the passion fruit frozen drink was my favorite

Overall if u in the area great not worth traveling too but a dope spot hope the fix the AC soon

“Stop the presses!! I found a great new restaurant where artistry trumps slinging hash. It’s Pop Empanada, re-christened Pop Pasta Supper Club on Thursdays and Saturday nights. On those days, Chef Nicolas Pescatore prepares a 6 course meal, and even if you don’t like every course, you will appreciate the artistry and the ambition. Tonight, the courses were 1. celery avocado salad (replacing salmon, which this landlubber doesn’t like), 2. shrimp empanada in a butter curry sauce, 3. pork belly confit, 4. raviolo-soft boiled egg center in a brown butter sage sauce, 5. brisket ragu paccheri pasta, and 6. dessert of frangelica panna cotta key lime shortbread crumble. The cost with tip is around $100 per person plus the cost of your BYOB. We wouldn’t pay that cost often, but it’s a welcome break from the restaurants where kitchen staff show up at 4 PM and are ready to serve at 5pm.“

“The food tastes delicious. I think if the place is called Gyro it is reasonable that they cut the meat from the gyro in front of you. However that is not the case the gyro meat is in a container just like in a cart in the city. And to be 100% honest, considering that I paid over $15 for a platter with a Coke and it is served in a plastic Tupperware with plastic fork, at the very least the portions should be bigger. It is not the case, not a lot of rice, not a lot of meat, not a lot of salad. I think I would go more often otherwise.
However the taste is there and it tastes pretty good.“

“We have ordered from Frank's numerous times with no issues. Tonight, driver arrived with 2 items missing and instead of leaving the items he had, took them with him....cold when he returned. Must have thought he was an Indy car driver on the way back because all the sauce for the mussels was gone, box was saturated. When questioned, he checked and said Ooops, sorry, and left. Called and spoke with the Manager who seemed less than Customer Service concerned although did offer another order of mussels. Unfortunately, with the fear of sabotage on the replacement due to complaining, we declined. Should have offered some kind of refund. As a Client Svc Mgr this is an unacceptable response to a dissatisfied client. We will not be ordering from Frank's again. I guess they have enough clients to not care about EVERY client. Shame!“

“I dont understand why there are so many bad reviews. From personal experience, it's better to go to the restaurant (any salad/chipotle-esque place) and order you're food so you can make sure your portion's are correct. For the most part you won't get the right portion. You're lettuce is soggy? That's probably because you let your order sit at the pickup shelf for a long time. 10 minutes is long enough to wilt leafy greens. Dont be lazy and make the time to go and wait in line. That's on all of you, not the establishment. I have come multiple times, had amazing portions, fresh ingridients, and yummy tasting salads and warm bowls. Keep it up guys!“
