“I have been to Bistro Taino several times including for a special birthday dinner and it never disappoints. Tonight I went with some coworkers and as always everything was so good. We shared the crabmeat empanadas and each had the bifongo as entrees with chicken, steak, and seafood. We also shared the coconut tembleque for dessert. Special shout out to our server, Arianni, she was amazing! Friendly, attentive, and personable. Great service, food and ambiance, can’t ask for more. “From the moment we walked in, the host greeted us like old friends and walked us right to our table — I instantly had a good feeling, and I was right. Our server was awesome — super friendly, knew the menu inside out, and was on top of everything all night.

The menu is classic Italian but with a twist — way more interesting than your standard North Jersey Italian spot. The ossobuco was fantastic (if I had to nitpick, I’d say the risotto could’ve used a touch less water and a heavier hand with the parm). The clams were fresh and baked to perfection, and my son devoured his ravioli. For dessert, the bread pudding was absolutely unreal — honestly worth the trip alone.

There were 21 of us all together and everyone was well cared for by server Lily and the rest of the awesome staff. “Came here for the first time last weekend, and was blown away. Definitely one of the best spots to eat in bergen county. The space is so well decorated down to every detail, and it is the best mix of cozy and elegant. The service was also top notch. The food was the highlight as it should be. Oysters, polenta fries, and the unique arancini were all excellent. For entree I had the free bird chicken which was excellent. Couldn't reccomend enough.“

“Louie's On The Avenue has been our favorite local restaurant for years ..however last Friday Stephanie and her team knocked it out of the park! with 24 hours notice, they helped plan, decorate, cater and Host our impromptu wedding. Each one was full of flavor, and I was honestly impressed by how good they were. My friend ordered the Bad Bunny drink and the Beso de Coco.
