“Raku Sushi in Ringwood is easily one of the hidden gems of North Jersey. I have been to a lot of sushi restaurants over the years, and this place consistently delivers some of the freshest, most delicious food and friendliest service around. Every time I walk through the door, I feel welcomed and appreciated, and that kind of experience is hard to find these days.

The quality of the sushi is outstanding. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, and you can tell that a lot of care goes into every roll and every dish that comes out of the kitchen. The specialty rolls are creative, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. No matter what I order, I am always impressed. The fish is fresh, the rice is perfectly prepared, and the portions are generous.

What really makes Raku stand out is the consistency. Whether you’re dining in, picking up takeout, or ordering for a family dinner, the food is always excellent. There are very few places where you know exactly what you’re getting every single time, and Raku has maintained that high standard year after year.

“It is with a full stomach and heart that I am able to publicly share how wonderful Blu Sushi is. Not only is the fish the freshest, but it run by welcoming and friendly staff, chefs and owners. It is not often that you find a restaurant without any criticisms, but then I found Blu. The dining and take-out experiences are how all food establishments should be run. The staff are clearly happy and supported which makes it, without question, a smaller establishment that I am happy to patronize. If you are reading this and considering ordering or not, just do it. “I had an amazing experience at Masago Sushi in Ridgewood, NJ. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The prices are also such a big factor since its so low for such big portions. But what really stood out, was the service. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick without ever feeling rushed. They made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. I would like to acknowledge the service of Ashley. She was so nice and really made us know that we didn’t make a mistake going here.

The atmosphere is also a big plus! Warm, clean, and relaxing, with a modern touch that makes it perfect for a casual lunch or a nice dinner out. You can tell they put care into creating an inviting dining environment.

I got the fried beef gyoza, 4 spring rolls, and the Family Roll, and honestly every bite was a hit. 🤤 They were out of the drink I wanted, but they recommended the strawberry bubble tea instead, and I’m glad they did! After ordering and eating entirely too much delicious food the couple who owns the restaurant gave me a ride to the bus station.
