“Cute well decorated shop with seating, plants, and cold vegan food. Wish they had outlets for laptops or fresh hot food. Looks like they have liquor but they’re closed after 3pm and on weekends so that doesn’t really make sense?. Tried a horchata latte and it was very sour and difficult to drink. Man happily fixed and changed it for me. Second drink still bad.. Would not eat here again but would come back for a casual daytime date just because of the cozy ambience & Great service.“

“Excellent croffles and drinks! Caffe AND is a great place for a quick treat; service is fast, efficient, and friendly. The staff have always been welcoming, and the croffles come out warm with the perfect texture. I especially like the blueberry croffles, and I hope to try tiramisu next. The ambience of the restaurant is nice, but seating is pretty limited.“

The only downfall was that people were comfortably seated and no one was really policing the tables, but my friend and I finally got a seat and were able to enjoy the experience a little better.“

Their white mocha is my favorite when I want something warm and cozy, and the iced caramel latte is perfect when I'm craving something refreshing. The owner, Seoul, is amazing and genuinely treats you like family. The rest of the staff are just as wonderful, always patient and welcoming. On top of that, the interior is very unique and edgy with a cool aesthetic that makes you want to stay awhile. The great reviews are well deserved. “Came here by accident as my husband and I were about to goto Hmart right across the street and boy did we find a hidden gem! It’s funny because we were craving a sandwich and was about to shop for the ingredients to make at home and it was just meant to be!

We ordered a turkey cold cut sandwich and a chicken cutlet sandwich with a large coffee to share. The sandwiches were off the hook!!! The bread itself was so good and it just blew our expectations! It was so good that we had to order another breakfast sandwich to try and even that was really good. The place is very cozy and the ambience was just perfect. Prices are very reasonable for the tasty and fresh sandwiches they make. They did a great job with everything! Def highly recommend this place as I know we will be returning more often.“

This eatery is a hidden gem in the mount Haven section of the BX...who knew!? Love the rustic casual ,chill vibe & the rooftop seating on a summer day is everything. The food... fresh uncomplicated, there are halal vegan& vegetarian options. The chocolate croissant and vegan carrot cake 🥰 My personal favorite is avocado toast with turkey bacon , arugula or the goddess bowl add a great cup of coffee or Chai latte it's all delish!! To the staff are friendly and helpful. We love this eatery so much we just had my friend's son's wedding there, intimate, beautiful. A must try.“

“The egg toasts were delectable! Actually so happy my sister and I chose to come by. It has a tiny kick of spice which was a pleasant surprise. My sister got the vanilla flat white coffee and she loved it and finished it so quickly. The only thing I wasn't over the
moon for was the corndog. I got the mozarella hot dog corn dog and it was okay. I wouldn't get it again.

The space is small but offers some seating indoors and outdoors. I will definitely try to come again for the egg toast specifically.“

“A different type of chai than I have had before. Stronger on 1 spice (unknown) than the rest, but I like it. I recommend the Croissant cinnamon bun hybrid. It's lighter in texture without all sugary frosting on top; a personal preference of mine.

The owner also sells a product line that grabbed my attention. I definitely keep it in mind.“

A HUGE improvement over the previous ownership when it was called the Palisades Market which opened in the spring of 2010 and was only open for a few months and then closed. I was so disappointed with the Palisades Market because it lacked a decent food selection and this community needed something so much more. Luckily, the owners of the 9W Market have done such an amazing job! I’ve never had a bad meal here! The ingredients are high quality and super fresh! The atmosphere and ambiance is very relaxing and tranquil! Love the bistro theme on the indoor side and picnic theme by the filling station burger stand. “This is one of the most beautiful places around! Sagar puts his heart into this place. It's an oasis in Passaic! Come check it out- for a date, or to meet someone or to just chill. He also rents for special occasions- I've even seen small weddings here! Highly highly recommended. Kosher ice cream and snacks as well. Take your wife or date here! In winter, roaring fire inside. I just love it here. Sitting outside and seeing the beauty around me right now. Tranquil....just awesome. Great place to work from as well.“

“Built in 1937 and originally known as “Lookout Inn, my partner and I decided to stop at the State Line Lookout Cafe after a nice hike for a bite. This casual establishment is a throwback to yesteryear inside a nice stone cabin with fireplaces to warm up during cold weather and the only restaurant/cafe around in the nearby area.

I was greeted by the young staff. Their simple menu is a little diverse, from breakfast sandwiches, various burgers, and hot dogs to fries, but nothing too fancy.

We decided on a cheeseburger, a tuna fish salad sandwich, large fries to share, and drinks for takeout.

Service was friendly and quick. Prices are quite reasonable, and the food was hot, freshly prepared, and tasty.

We can recommend it.“

Purple Waves is a beautiful, cozy spot with delicious coffee — perfect for eating, working, or simply enjoying a peaceful moment.
What I loved the most was its coherence and purpose: if you want your coffee to go, you need to bring your own cup; they even sell products like milk in returnable glass bottles. 🌿 A truly genuine commitment to the planet!
I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and talking about sustainability and purpose… such a lovely and inspiring person.
