“This place was fantastic! Over the years I've been here maybe 10 times. I never complain when my friends or family suggest this place to eat for dinner. “Whoa! The food was amazing! Im pescatarian, so I had the fish, and it was delicious. Everything was so fresh. There was a humus plate with 3 different flavors, and the cucumbers were beautifully decorated around them. I must have eaten all of the cucumbers. In some restaurants, a fresh cucumber can be hard to come by. The fish arrived on a bed sautéed spinach, WOW ❤️❤️. The sliced pita bread with the humus was addictive. I definitely ate way more than I should have. While I dont eat meat, the other folks I was dining with said the chicken and beef options were just as delicious. It was family style, so we had lots of options. The restaurant is small but quaint, and the customer service was amazing. The food came out quickly, and there were about 13 of us. We had a reservation for 1 pm on a Thursday, and it was not crowded.

There isn't a lot of space to move around, so I would be conscious of carrying large bags or strollers.“

“It is probably the Best Greek restaurant in the whole Bergen County. I was impressed with the layout, the waiters were very helpful, and gave us the best advice, even for the pickiest of us. After the Greek salad, crisp zucchini, and grilled calamari, the Pastitsio, Moussaka, and seafood Giouvetsi all cooked in clay pots filled us up, but then the lamb chops with lemon potatoes arrived, and nobody could resist them. For dessert we had a platter of galaktobureko"milkpie" and one called ekmek, that we could not decide which was the best. We will definitely come back, but we better fast in advance.“

“The place looks and feels like little Greece.There are some great dishes. We love the shrimp pita! However, the chicken gyro was not nothing like the chicken gyro in Greece (at least the one in Athens). The sauce that comes with the pita is amazing!BTW- although overpriced- they do offer GF pita, which is nice!

For my time here I received chocolate chip pancakes(a stack of four) w/ 2 hash browns and they were very tasty and filling. The chocolate pancakes weren’t too sweet but very carb heavy. I got a crazy potato with a cheese stick. It wasn’t dry nor too moist, the softest part was definitely the inside with the cheese. I also got a sunshine slush and a mango slush. The sunshine was a mango and strawberry mix with the same flavored bubbles and some small jelly cubes that were a happy surprise. The mango slush is much more recommended since it wasn’t too sweet and would relate more towards a frozen agua Fresca so very refreshing and light.

I was worried the salad would be dry but NOPE! It was tossed in right the amount of dressing and the plantains were fresh and fantastic! So so good.“

She greeted our party at the door, made our group feel special while making each individual feel recognized in a sea of humanity of guests. We were celebrating an office birthday party. She greeted each person with an elegance be-fitting of European royalty, with class and style. She ensured we were seated with a wonderful view of the dancing and action, while being able to enjoy our personal space. The food was to die for...she assisted the staff in serving the food and clearing our table to keep our dinner moving. When one of the people in our party requested a frappe, Eva asked one of the servers, "Dimtry" to prepare a classical Frappe. It was rich and creamy...Eva capped off our evening by having birthday pastries brought out with the flaring streamer...a memorable event from a very memorable person! thank you Eva and Lefkes! it became our Greek vacation!
