“The most special part of this restaurant is the service. Excellent service by our server, Donya. Very attentive, professional and friendly. We were there for a special anniversary. It’s a New York style steakhouse. Not stuffy though and a bit similar to STK. The atmosphere is excellent due to the brick and decor. The music is a bit loud for the atmosphere on a Sunday late afternoon. More appropriate for a late Saturday night. The salmon sashimi was tasty. The filet mignon was good but nothing special. Didn’t taste much truffle flavor in the truffle butter we ordered . Creamed spinach good but salty. Drinks are good and unique. Very fresh ingredients.“

“Really good food and atmosphere. Watch out for the automatic tip on the receipt. They didn't include it on Thursday but did on Friday. Usually I tip 20% but when places automatically add 18%, I don't tip extra when places auto tip. They also included a tip line even tho they added an auto tip lol, not falling for that trick.“

“I just had the best experience at Q'tal! Our server was so attentive but also gave us space to talk and catch up. She was so kind and everything she recommended was delicious. I highly recommend the jackfruit croquettes and the sliders which I love that they have vegan options for someone like me. I'm not sure of the name it was a passionfruit cosmo type drink and I didn't even realize it came out with a dry ice bubble. 10/10 for presentation on everything and ambiance. They have a dining area which feels a little more formal ( the chairs were so comfy by the way) and then a bar area with high tops which I think would be great for a girls night. “Cozy little Italian restaurant. Authentic Italian music plays over the speakers which sets a nice vibe. They immediately bring out hot, crispy Italian bread and seasoned olive oil...which is always a nice touch. Food was brought out timely and was delicious. Service was excellent. Overall a great experience. I would have given 5 stars except that the food is a tad expensive.“

I had no clue how much of a treat I was in for, my father and I sat down for a 3 hour dinner that easily was one of the top meals I have ever had in my life. Sushi here is amazing, the Foxy and Lover Rolls are a must have. All meat products here are high quality and seasoned in a captivating way that will keep me coming back for more. Deserts are plentiful, more on the adventurous side but still amazing, all of their coffee options are also great. The mashed potato rings are a must have! Our waitress Cathy was outstanding in every way, very attentive, and overall a nice person. Everything else aside, and most importantly: the Feathered Fox is CONSISTENT! This establishment is a true hidden treasure. Compliments to the entire service team and chefs at the Feathered Fox.“

“Even though I'm a native Staten Islander, I never really go to eat on this side of the Island. This place is an old school style restaurant and I heard good things about it, so at 59 years old I visited there on September 16, 2023 with my wife and another couple for the first time. We all loved the food. The menu is so big it reminds me of a diner menu but classier and we all loved our entrees and appetizers. The young waitress we had was adorable, efficient, professional and attentive. In short, we will definitely be going back to Canlons and highly recommend it to our friends and family.“

“We recently had a dinner after a memorial service for our mother at the Stage House Tavern. We were a group of 40 ranging in ages from 94 to 1 years old. Cynthia who was the event coordinator was terrific to work with as our numbers changed and we had some people with special dietary restrictions. She made sure we were in an area of this large restaurant where our family could talk and we were separate from others. The food was very good and the service for our large group was excellent. Cassandra was in charge of serving our large group and many of our family mentioned how they were amazed how she made sure that we had quick service and requests where quickly filled. “There was a cover which we had no problem paying. However, before going in since it was within an hour of closing the kitchen I asked: is the kitchen still open? He stated yes because I advised we wanted drinks and food. We go in they take our orders and come back out saying they ran out of chicken so they closed the kitchen. So now no I don't want any drinks you can cancel those too. Otherwise fried chicken/shrimp is 10/10, drinks 7/10, mama sauce 10/10, and DJ 10/10.“
