Whatever the green cubes were, I would prefer celery.Overall, 4 stars and will try other items...“

“Really enjoy this place overall. The usual items we get like egg rolls and beef on a stick are always tasty and not too greasy. The chicken with garlic sauce is yummy. We found the chicken chow mein to be tasty, but wish there was a little more chicken quantity. Overall, very good and would recommend.“

“I have ordered from here several times and it’s always been pretty tasty. Today I ordered to work and upon delivery I got chicken instead of beef with broccoli. I called and they told me that they would fix my order a little later when the driver has a nearby delivery. I wasn’t sure wether or not I’d get my dish, but eventually they did come and swap the dish….not something you can take for granted these days when gas prices are through the roof. So tasty food and great service. I highly recommend east wok and will order from them again for sure :-)“

“I made this reservation after reading the reviews regarding the food quality and the proximity to Broadway. We were running late for our reservation and I was completely flustered because I didn't want to be late for our 8:00 show. We were seated and our orders were taken and were served the most delicious Samosa appetizers, entrees and drinks (Django mango margaritas). We shared our Kedhai chicken, Butter chicken, Hakka noodles and Goan fish curry and were happily satisfied with plenty of time to get to our show in time. The Maitre ‘D and servers were amazing. “Ok so I love Din Tai Fung, I’ve been to it in Taiwan. The location here is really beautiful, I like the service and the atmosphere. However, if I were to compare it to Taiwans Din Tai Fung it does fall short of the taste of the noodles and wonton soup 😭 The chocolate xiao long Bao’s were really really good! Better than I expected. The normal xiao long Bao’s are good too but a bit dry on the top. The wonton soup had no taste though. The bok choy was very yummy and the cucumber salad tasted the same as how I remembered it in Taiwan too. But like they do charge more here so I did expect it to be the same or better!“

“Little disappointed at this place. Saw they had Crispy Beef with Fresh Honey Walnuts Beef with a bed of steamed broccoli in a sweet brown sauce topped with sugared walnuts. Not crispy as from can see in pic. Was this really beef also? Walnuts were plain as well.Steamed Spinach Dumplings were a bit dry . Hunan Dumplings Spinach and beef dumplings topped with spicy peanut sauce. Spicy. I got not spicy but were very good. Would I try again. Yes think I would.“

“I really like Lucas Sin, so I was expecting this place to be a little more. My expectations aside, the staff was overworked even after 8:30pm, but they were still courteous. I would say this place would still rank much better than Panda Express (there's one down the street), given that this is kind of like a make-your-own type of place (think Sweetgreen, DIGG, etc.) but with a proper Chinese flair (again, contrast with Panda Express).

I would say that the seating area was a little not well-maintained, but you are served with a bowl used for a take-out anyway, so just take it to a place you feel more comfortable eating.

Vegetarian options: Build-your-own, others are clearly marked on the menu.

We keep coming back for the ox tail stew, ribs, beef steak, porkchops, dumplings and the boneless chicharonnes de pollo. Most meals are served with white or yellow rice and beans or vegetables. If you want to try something different, they have the beef liver and squid ink fried rice which remind me of squid ink Paella. The combination meals are a great option to try out different dishes. The staff and owners always greet you with a warm welcome.“

I found the food tasty and fresh which is rare. I recommend the vegetable lo mein and the Singapore mei fun. Didn’t take photos this time but definitely will on my next visit.“

“This is hands down the best charcoal-style Chinese BBQ skewer spot in the U.S.! We’ve been multiple times and it never disappoints. The meats are always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, and the service is consistently excellent.

Parking can be a bit tricky, but it’s a small inconvenience for such an amazing dining experience—it doesn’t affect my five-star rating at all. Truly a hidden gem. Highly recommend!“

“This is the best Chinese take out in the area. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Truly authentic Hong Kong style dishes - not too oily/salty. And there are a few chef specials that are hard to find elsewhere too.

You can tell their ingredients are just better, there's healthy options and best of all their prices are so fair for the large portion sizes. Lunch special is only $8.50 for delicious meat & veggies on rice plus a side. It's always fast, They just do it right every time.“

Great food and the people there are really nice and trustworthy. Once they made my non-spicy food spicy and told me that next time they would put it in for free. I didn’t believe that they would remember, but didn’t feel like arguing. But next time they remembered! It’s a take out place, not sit and eat. But my family loves to rot food.“

“I recently experienced a delivery issue with the PF Changs on 8th Ave with 2 missing items. However, the manager at this location named Cris C, was remarkable in making this right. She immediately stepped into action by offering to send the 2 missing items complimentary and they were delivered within 30min.

These day it’s hard to just get someone on the phone to address a customer service issue. So it was refreshing to have someone that offered a solution without even having to ask for it!

“Excellent, excellent place. We always go when in the area. Well run restaurant served by the incredibly nice owners - very authentic food. Delicious soup dumplings, fried dumplings and one of the most delicious Asian meals I’ve ever tried - the Shanghai noodles (with beef and bok Choy) - bursting with smoky flavor. I also really like the string beans with pork and the eggplant dish. They also have hot pot soups - you pick all the ingredients and it loos good but didn’t try. Very affordable place as well. And they have outdoor seating. And parking. Can’t go wrong.“
