Pork fried rice was smoky and greasy in a soul-healing way, shrimp lo mein had perfect noodle bounce, and the boneless spare ribs were basically candy. “Their food has potential to be great. My only peeve... it can be on the salty side... at times, overpowering the dish itself. I want to give the new owners (prior owners' family) 5 stars, but I seriously can't with the amount of salt being used. If they create a healthy balance of salt utilization, I'll bump the star rating up.“
