“Here on a business trip from Florida. I ordered wings, Happy Family and ribs tip. When I look for chinese restaurants while traveling I look for quantity and flavor. This place has it all!! Big portions and full of flavor. The staff are very nice and helpful. I'll be returning here again before heading back to Florida.“

“Our waiter, Christian, was so attentive and polite. I inquired about using my birthday rewards, and he made sure to remind me, so I could get my free dessert. We went during lunch, so you can’t go wrong with the $13 lunch and $2 add ons. The staff was very pleasant and made my dining experience enjoyable!“

“Seems like there are a lot of hot and cold reviews for this place, so perhaps I ordered at the right time, but I was really impressed with my order here. We ordered close to closing time and got a half fried chicken with vegetable fried rice and buffalo wings with chicken lomein. The half fried chicken was one of the best I've had from a takeout Chinese place. The skin was crisp and the meat was hot and juicy. The chicken seemed to be very fresh since most places you can tell it's old chicken cause the meat is chewy and dry and the skin is way too tough. The vegetable fried rice was loaded with vegetables and the flavor was good. The lomein was also fantastic. The buffalo wings had great buffalo flavor (lots of places really screw up the buffalo flavor) but I think the wings were coated with too much sauce as they lost some crisp during transit. All in all, a great experience and would happily get the half fried chicken here again.“

“This is Chinese cuisine at its absolute best!!! I have been enjoying their delicious food for some 30 years now and it's as good as it has always been. My last visit was mid-afternoon, so the place was quiet. I requested that they make General Tso's Shrimp (instead of chicken). They happily obliged. I ordered a few other things and wow, what a wonderful meal we had! There were even leftovers for lunch the next day. The price was quite reasonable and the service was quick, even on a special order. Their egg rolls are good, I think they may make their own. Fried rice was excellent and shrimp toast was very tasty. Oh, and no MSG.Believe me, I am picky when it comes to food. I grew up in northern NJ, so I know what is good. This is so good that I have taken to go orders on a plane back to Florida. I can't say that about too many places. Go have a meal at Lotus and thank me later.“
