“My family has been ordering from this restaurant since I was little and it’s still one of my favorite take-out spots to this day! Their food is consistently fresh and flavorful, and not overly pricey! The owners are friendly and very efficient. Even on busy nights, my order has always been correct! I highly recommend the steamed chicken and broccoli, egg rolls, vegetable fried rice, steamed vegetable dumplings— to name a few!“

“I’ve lived in NM for 5 years and this has been my go-to place. Their food is great, their prices are fantastic and affordable. I’ve seen her kids grown up to be great humans. Their delivery man is nice and friendly and they never take long to drop off the food.
I recommend take out and if you don’t wanna tip. People fail to understand that cultural differences exist and complain about their “attitude and service”, but I can ensure you they’re all super nice and working at a fast-paced restaurant doesn’t allow them time to chitchat. They’re here for your money, not your friendship so get over it!“

“A calm and pleasant spot for lunch.

I came during the afternoon and the place was quiet.
The staff was very friendly and even asked how the meal was at the end.
Note: It’s self-service.

Food: The hand-pulled noodles and broth were fresh and excellent.
The fried side dish was crispy and flavorful.
Drink: The iced black tea with mango was light and very refreshing.
Tip: As you can see in the video - the portions are very generous.
I recommend ordering a small size because I couldn’t finish it.

Seating: I sat by the window facing the street. It was nice to eat and watch Broadway at the same time.
There’s also an inner bar table closer to the kitchen.
The place is clean and the surrounding area feels calm and safe.

Price: Very affordable and filling.
This was my first time trying authentic Chinese food and I was pleasantly surprised.
Highly recommend and worth saving for a real local meal.“

“I'm celiac so we asked about gluten free options when ordering. The staff were very helpful and the chef was able to replace the regular soy sauce with gluten free spicy soy sauce in many of the dishes. “I stopped in here yesterday for lunch and it was without a doubt top 5 foods I’ve ever eaten, both inside and outside the U.S. The malatang hot pot broth was so savory and umami I couldn’t believe how good it was. “Went to Moon Kee This past Friday. (8/21/26) I had the Garlic Shrimp and Scallops, Shrimp Rice Roll and some dumplings. The food was prepared well; and the portion sizes were generous. Flavor was decent.

My partner and I arrived at 9:40PM. When they say they close at 10:00PM, they really mean they close at 10. The service definitely suffered based on that and the food probably does too, considering that we were told it was too late to order certain items. If you want to eat there, I suggest getting there earlier, and you'll likely have a better experience than I did. I definitely plan to try them again at an earlier hour because I feel like it may be better than what I had.“

What really separates them is they don’t cheap out. They’re generous with the sauces, portions, and noodles — which is rare now. I did the AYCE lunch dine-in and left with basically enough food that I was full until the next day. Selection is broad enough for the price, and this includes fountain soda and ice cream as well.

Note you can also do a takeout buffet box, which it seems a lot of customers do.
