“I know recently they moved staff around. They moved 2 of the better girls to Andover, and switched others to Sparta. I went in this morning placed my order, and the conversations the staff was having was about the movement. My coffee isn’t what I ordered, they have minimal customer interaction and it appears there is no manager running the store. I hope the owners read these comments and work on Customer Service. Leah is great, it’s concerning on Sunday’s.“

“Incredible service! If I’m not mistaken this is the dunkin that was in the exon up the road. Even back then it was the fastest, most efficient dunkin I’ve ever been too. With the new location and drive through it makes last minute morning coffee decisions easy. I never wait more than 2 minutes for my order. Such a convenient location!! And my order is always spot on. Staff is always super friendly too. Keep up the good work guys :)“

“Hot chocolate was good ham and Swiss croissant was delicious. The jelly doughnut was a little stale not very fresh. The girl was working alone and forgot about my sandwich. I had to wait a little longer. They need to have two people there to work. I was a little bit disappointed about the jelly doughnut to be honest I expected it to be more.“

“What really matters at each starbucks location is the customer service. This was my first time going to this location and I had a WONDERFUL experience. The young hispanic girl in the drive thru was so so sweet and helpful when helping me chose what to order. I had a wonderful conversation with her and her sister who was behind her in the window. “This is one of my favorite DD locations. It's always clean and service is fast. They are pretty well consistent with making drinks and food. Employees are friendly and fast paced. Restrooms are kept clean and tidy. Parking is great out front and it's conveniently located in the mall loop.“

“My favorite place to stop at on the lake for an ice-cream. We usually paddle up to the docks on our SUPs (stand up paddleboard). Grab a cone of real (Jefferson Dairy I believe) ice-cream and then back on the lack for some awesome paddling.
Highly recommended for a quick bite, all kinds of tchotchkes, signs, toys, games and a bunch of other stuff that I believe are locally made. It's a must visit, especially for those that want to revisit simpler times.“

On the app, it states that the shaken espresso has three shots of espresso, but the girl at the store informed me that it only has two. I believe that is incorrect. Two shots of espresso with a cup of oak milk is not good. However, three shots in a cup of oak milk is very good. (size is a grande)

“We just had Cupcake Cafe do a custom dinosaur cake and dinosaur cupcakes for my daughter's fourth birthday party. I actually had another baker lined who went MIA on me at the last minute and the owner of Cupcake Cafe was able to swoop in and save the day. The cake and cupcakes were equally delicious and everyone kept commenting on them at the party. We will 100 percent be using Cupcake Cafe for all of our baked goods needs moving forward!
