“TL;DR: Grab a table outside, enjoy a glass of wine with a plate of pasta, and do some people-watching. This is an amazing spot to wind down the evening!

Food:
I have had the orecchiette (brunch) and the lasagne (dinner). I have also tried the chicken milanese panini. The food really is quite spectacular here: I love that you can really taste how high quality and textured the pasta is. For seemingly simple dishes, they do an amazing job at the flavor. They have good wine selection as well with some affordable options. There is also a happy hour as well to look out for!

Service:
The waiters here are quite friendly and very attentive. They regularly ask if you need anything, and they’ll come do water refills as needed. No complaints at all.

Ambiance:
Located on a street with a good amount of foot traffic but is not that loud. It’s very comfortable outside, and they have seating indoors as well (although I exclusively choose to sit outdoors here). There is a clean restroom downstairs as well.“

“It’s a restaurant that’s reminds me of my childhood and my early Twenties that was my go to Italian restaurant. I loved everything about this place and enjoyed the great food. I took my wife to celebrate our birthday together and talked about how amazing it was growing up in this neighborhood.“

“I love this place! Came here with a group of 11 at 1PM on a Sunday for brunch and it was all of our first times. The bottomless special is likely one of the best I’ve had in the city. $45 for 90 minutes of brunch drinks plus an entree.

To eat we had chicken and eggplant parmigiana, carbonara, banana bread french toast, and the frittata. The chicken parm was defintely the star, I think 3-4 of us ordered it. Drinks were excellent, the tropical fizz was the best of the options but can’t go wrong with any of them.

Shoutout to Florin for accommodating my group and helping me have one of best birthdays I’ve ever had. He also served us and made the drinks, he does it all! I’ll definitely be coming here again to check out the happy hour specials and dinner.“

“Super cozy neighborhood restaurant. The food is delicious and happy hour is a must! $7 glass of wine and tons of appetizers to choose from. Reservations recommended in advance as the place was packed when we were there.

“Wife and I flew into JFK late one Friday. We were famished , it was 1030 by the time we got to Arthur Ave.. We parked and walked , came upon people eating alfresco. We asked if any place was still serving. The "MAN" Vic asked what we would like, from one of the tables. “Please make your next night out at Crispin's. I came here on a Friday night on a fluke because it was raining and got sangria to pass the storm. It quickly turned into wine, free bread, and the best pappardelle bolognese I've had (and priced so well at $18 for fresh pasta). The owner was so great, and I genuinely hope his business succeeds as much as he was so nice to me. Definitely worth a visit!“

“The owner is from Sicily, he uses his mom's recipe for the meal I had today. I can't pronounce it, but it was a bowl of pasta with Parmesan, tomatoes, peas, beef and bread on the side.
