“Mechanicsburg location-We stopped by last night. The food was fantastic snd the service was great. The owners were working hard along with their staff as it was an extremely busy night since it just opened 2 days ago. Despite that, the food was excellent and no short cuts were taken. My family and I loved this place snd will be back.“

“We arrived and were seated right away. We originally had seating on the porch but someone canceled so we were sat inside which was nice only 5 tables in the first room and maybe 6 in the.next. They started with bread which could have been a little better in my opinion. Next we had the house salad which was good for 2 people. We ordered the ziti with blush sauce and the favorite veal parm which was delicious wife had the eggplant parm. The servers were great. The food was delicious. It was almost too much food. I will definitely be back if I can get another reservation I would’ve loved to eat in the basement.“

“My wife and I’s favorite Italian restaurant in the entire country. Closest dish you will get to dining in Italy. 🇮🇹 Food is so authentic ! We go every year for our anniversary. Atmosphere is amazing and staff so accommodating with their table side made dishes. I recommend any of the bone in veal dishes. Make sure you make reservations but once you eat here you will understand why as it’s a one of a kind experience ! Five stars all around !“

“This Place was the best place I ever went to in Atlantic City outside the casino areas. What a vibe. It makes you not want to get out of your seat. Reminds you of your Sunday family dinners with an explanation point. So much fun and attention to making sure you come back. New owners are from South Philly and are a blast to be around. “Let me tell you... we go all the time. Tonight was a special occasion. It was my boyfriend's birthday. We were with the kids. He had a diabetic incident and was critically low. Sunday gravy 100% acted quick and indiscreetly and I couldn't be more grateful. They brought a wet rag with ice, Coca-Cola to bring up his blood sugar instantly. Top notch. No one else even knew and we were able to carry on with our celebratory dinner. I am forever grateful. Thank you all!!!! Class act!“

“Booked from the casino floor of Tropicana and had a table in 15 minutes. Nice table with ocean view. Our waiter “William” was spot on! Took time to introduce himself and make a connection with us as individuals, not just another table on a night that appeared to be short staffed, covering many tables. He was attentive to maintaining a comfortable table to clear plates and refresh our drinks.“

“Great food & service! I got the bow tie pasta and it was incredible and my fiancé got the steak and said it was great. Staff was super friendly, however, there were these older drunk men at the bar (about 5 or 6 of them) and they were being so loud, cursing, and just carrying on and making a huge scene. I literally had to yell at my fiancé who was sitting RIGHT next to me. They ruined the whole vibe and experience. The staff did nothing to quiet them and they were just so freaking obnoxious!!“

“Barrels needs more reviews!! We love ordering from Barrels! We have never dined in, we always order out and usually on a Sunday. For this order, we got the wrong meal and boy was I bummed out!! We were clear with our direction and even repeated the order but somehow the order was incorrect. Aside from this snafu, I would 100% recommend eating the food from Barrels. The portions are large, the quality & flavor delicious and consistent.“

Last night I got a basic chicken sandwich I substituted the roll for a giant garlic knot because of my severe dairy intolerance and it was the best chicken sandwich I have ever had...EVER! My son had the vegan cheese steak stromboli and he loved it. I have tried some of the vegan things he has gotten and they are fantastic, you would never know your eating vegan! They are clean and friendly, food is great and they are great with all my questions about ingredients and substitutions due to my dietary issues.“
