We've always loved the food at PF Chang's, but what really makes the West New York location a favorite is the friendly service. During our most recent visit we decided to place a togo order, after dining inside. We also asked our server if she could have some extra rice and to our surprise she adding not one, but two tubs of extra rice. This is what will keep us coming back again and again as we have for over 12 years.“

I was simply in search of a quick slice to satisfy my craving, and this pizzeria happened to be the closest option available to me at the time.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the inviting aroma of freshly baked pizza that instantly made my mouth water. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which only added to my excitement. When I finally took my first bite, I knew I had made the right choice. The pizza featured a perfectly thin crust that was wonderfully crispy on the bottom, providing that satisfying crunch with every bite.

The toppings were incredibly fresh, and the flavors blended beautifully, making each slice a true delight. “This was a fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was courteous, engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a party of 3, and ordered 6 dishes. Each dish came out as it was made and each dish was absolutely delicious. A person in our party had a gluten allergy which was no problem and accommodated with ease. We come to NY every year and this will absolutely be a place we revisit again and again! Vegans, vegetarians and omnivores alike will appreciate the dishes and be amazed with the taste! Highly recommended!“

“Best vegan pizza in NYC. I could have sworn I reviewed Double Zero before and now I’m wondering if the review disappeared because it was for their old location. They moved (on the same block I think?) into a place that looks a little tighter inside but had an outdoor seating.

Came with a party of 3 and sat inside for a quiet Saturday night dinner—interior seating was maybe half full and exterior seating was packed.

Warning interior didn’t have AC running.

Got two pizzas and jackfruit tacos

Jackfruit tacos: Good but lacked a sauce or spice that left it getting drowned out by the much more flavorful pizzas

Truffle cashew cream pizza: Excellent. Third time getting it and every time it’s been a hit. Flavorful spread of mushrooms on cashew cheese

Spicy Pepperoni Pizza: Pepperonis themselves quite good on a tomato, basil, cheese base. Note the pepperonis have coconut in them in case you’re allergic.

Also got two cocktails and a mocktail, but nothing to report there. My Moscow mule was largely ice.

Unfortunately, the owner is apparently a terrible person according to the April 22, 2024 NYTimes article, but the food is good especially for vegans.“

First of all, it's gorgeous, so sunshine-y and green. We sat at the bar and the service was great. We ordered the cantaloupe slushies and they were so, so good! They weren't overly strong + they mix them themselves, just a few ingredients. The guac was a little small but delicious. The pork tacos were pretty expensive for 2, I thought, until I tasted them. WOW, so good. We were so busy catching up, we didn't realize they'd closed to get ready for dinner. They emphasized we hadn't overstayed our welcome, we could stay as long as we needed.

“We got to the restaurant at 645 on a Friday. We’re seated quickly, ordered citron tea iced and the toasted grain beverage. Both were amazing. Got appetizers: joen pancake sampler, summer rolls, and duck bao. Best was the sweet corn pancakes, but the kimchi was delicious too. Summer roll was good but I loved the duck bao. For the meal ordered pad thai, Philly roll, and mango avocado roll. Philly roll was exquisite. Would recommend and return!“

“Here's the review Spencer wrote for you: My family and I just visited to celebrate my grandsons birthday- we like to get a bunch of plates and share family style and this menu was perfect for that. You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! I enjoyed mine with the cassava fries that was a mix of slightly sweet and spicy served with the deuce sauce and garlic aioli. The cassava was very soft and not too chewy which made it easy to enjoy. Will definitely be back to try some secret menu options, but I can’t stop thinking about how much flavor the vegan hajji added to my palette.“
