“Hidden gem right in the heart of New Providence. Very sweet and funny staff even the cute little fortune cat statue at the register. Fresh, flavorful and huge portions with a diverse selection of specialty ramen you can modify. Prices are very fair and the quiet spacious interior makes for an ideal date spot. I suggest calling in and than going to pick up 10-15 minutes later.“

“Great ramen. I highly recommend getting the shio ramen without the red onions, and opt for the chicken instead of pork chashu. Skip the karaage and go for the delicious gyoza or takoyaki instead.
I generally think tonkotsu is overrated; a light chicken ramen done well (like in here) can taste just as complex and perhaps more elegant. Plus, you get to walk out without feeling like you’ve downed an entire brick. Ordering the shio instead of shoyu or truffle will allow you to maximally enjoy the pristine chicken flavor. I recommend asking for no red onions because it can overpower the broth.
Ramen is evaluated on three components: soup, noodle, and toppings. They’ve got the soup down pat. Very flavorful. The noodles had a great bite. For me, mushy noodles is a dealbreaker, so I was very glad to get firm noodles. The only thing they need to improve is the topping. I noticed they struggled with cooking proteins, perhaps because they haven’t figured out the role of salt in changing the structure of muscle fibers.
The sous vide chicken was soft but I wouldn’t describe it as juicy, which is what I’d expect from this cooking method. Adding salt to the bag should solve it. The pork chashu was also a bit dry and gummy, not cooked long enough. Plus, the meats could’ve benefited from being warmed up, as they were fridge cold. This issue extends to non-toppings: the karaage was dry and stringy, which would not happen if it was allowed to marinate amply in soy sauce, enough time for the salt to alter the muscle fibers.
I know the takoyaki is probably pre-made frozen because it was deep-fried, but I’m now so curious what brand it is. It was perfect. Generously big chunks of octopus were surrounded by soft and gooey batter the consistency of molten lava cake, with the noticeable taste of pickled ginger. It came with all the proper sauces and toppings. It’s the best takoyaki I’ve had that does not involve a takoyaki pan.“

“Was in again for lunch today. Poke bowls are always fresh and delicious, and the service is very friendly and fast. Prices are also fair, especially when you consider this tasty and healthy meal is about the same price as a fast food meal or sub sandwich. We are fortunate to have them in town.“

“Excellent Ramen. Great service. Great little spot. The kimchi they bring you is divine, spicey, and delicious. The Spicey Ramen I had was amazing, even down to delicious bean sprouts. The spring rolls were on point. By far the best shrimp tempora I've had. Simple, light, crisp and delicious. Oh and the house sake was fantastic. If you're in the area, check this place out. It will not disappoint!“

“Edit: posted a year ago but i STILLL COME HERE.
I've come here abt 20*** times so far and I've never had a bad food experience. I've had sushi from a lot of other AYCE, all you can eat, sushi places and I think this one is the best in terms of quality and variety. It's about $30 per person.
The fish here tastes fresh and NOT watered down like other places I've been to. The miso soup is good here too, it doesn't taste artificial and sweet like other places.
The special rolls are a little questionable, there are a lot of special rolls that aren't my type and extremely filling but I like the sashimi and regular rolls. The salmon is good here, so I always get salmon sashimi and Alaska rolls.
They also have other foods available in their AYCE like shumai, sesame chicken, lo mein, and calamari, takoyaki, etc. Most of their non-sushi items are good too. I have some friends who don't like seafood but they still get the ayce.
ONE THING TO NOTE, if you come here with a party of 5 or more, you will be charged a 15% service fee.“
