“The sharing plate with hummus, muhammara, tzatziki, and naan was a great start—creamy, flavorful, and perfect for sharing. The kofta meatballs were juicy and well-seasoned.
The chicken shawarma was tasty, but it tasted more like a chicken curry than traditional shawarma. The steak was cooked nicely and had good flavor. Overall, a satisfying meal with a nice variety of dishes!
Pistachio baklava was super delicious!! The watermelon zero cocktail was good.“

“Really enjoyed the food at Gigi Halal Food! The falafel over rice was fresh, flavorful, and filling, and the burger was juicy and delicious. The portions were generous, everything tasted fresh, and the service was great too. Definitely a good spot for tasty halal food. Would happily come back again!“

“Absolutely loved this place. The touching things they did for my sons birthdays was so nice. The food was amazing and they couldn't have enough of the Frena bread for everyone, they loved them with the trio dips. The best was the braised oxtail tortellini and the Nemesis dessert. But even more fabulous was lavender ice cream. Wow !! Great service and food.“

“Delicious Authentic Middle Eastern falafel and shawarma. It's a place that focuses on just that, but does it really well. Every element of the 'sandwich' is made to perfection! The pita is fresh and warm, the shawarma is cooked perfectly on the rotisserie, and each topping is delicious- the humus, tehina, amba, onions... plus ... served with a smile! Open late too!“

“The beautiful, intimate atmosphere and absolutely top notch comfort food would be worth it alone - BUT the service was also awesome. After we were graciously seated without a reservation (try to book ahead because you really won't want to miss this place), the staff was so kind, friendly, and attentive. Absolutely everything we had was wonderful but the knafeh actually brought a tear to my eye. ❤️ Absolutely would recommend 5 out of 5 stars.“

“Melissa and James create soul food with modern twist -- with big flavors! I visited P&C multiple times already, with family, friends and work colleagues and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to eat modern American with a lot of love. 🍷🍸🍹Their cocktails are equally amazing and delicious, they also have a fantastic wine selection and their freshly baked Pita is a MUST! “I had a really good experience here- service was impeccable, we got seated immediately and served immediately. The issue was we got the vip hookahs, they did not pull well and their flavor was weak. I’m an avid hookah smoker and the overall quality was bad, I would really encourage the establishment to refine the vip hookahs“

“Stopped in for lunch during a conference nearby. The falafel appetizer was filling, tasty, and with just a bit of heat. And the proprieter was delightfully friendly, throwing in a bit of hummus and a pita. A dessert of baklava was sweet without being sickly or cloying or too wet. And the price with a soft drink was less than $12, which is a real bargain. I'll be back again if I'm in the area.“

We come out of state for a game in MetLife stadium last year and the food was amazing we comeback again after one year and man !! Khalid the owner is amazing ! Please with a welcome smile ! Man the door is the same quality ! Best food ever! And great home made lemonade !“
