“I had the pleasure of ordering on Friday 4/5/24 and I am so impressed. I had oxtails, rice and peas, collard greens, VEGAN Mac n Cheese and a piece of sweet potato cornbread. Baby whoever made that vegan Mac n cheese did not come to play… I prefer it over regular baked Mac. It tasted great and doesn’t make you feel bloated or heavy afterwards. The oxtail was very tender, the greens were super seasoned but not salty, the rice was flavorful and the cornbread was good also. Definitely worth the money you pay and the portions were a good size too. Highly recommend and will be returning!“

“Ok so it was our first time going here and we just drove from Jersey where we reside and ate here.It took longer than expected to get our food but it was well worth it . Terell the owners 19yr old son showed up and showed of with great costumer service ,excellent food and yeah he put the presentation down on our platters. I gotta say it was really refreshing to hear and see a 19 yr old holding down a restaurant by himself while mom had the day of and he did her and us justice . We will definitely be back and it was worth the drive from Jersey. Keep up the great work Terell.“

Tried the cheese balls and think for me if they were still hot (did some running around before sitting down to eat), they would’ve been better, plus I needed something spicy. Maybe adding a spicy sauce as an option. Either way, they came highly recommended, so just go.“

“This joint is a Camden staple, and for good reason. The food is amazing and they actually have a really great vegan platter (salisbury steak with choice of sides). My carnivorous coworkers have had everything else on the menu and always leave full and happy. Great service and atmosphere as well.“

“Everything was delicious! I had the seafood omelette, pancakes and we shared the shrimp and grits. The grits were buttery and creamy. The pancakes were fluffy and flavorful. Our waiter Dominique was kind and patient. His service was incredible. The seafood omelette was filled with small shrimp and real crab meat! The manager Eric Coleman checked on us too! He is kind and polite. Great restaurant!!!“

“My husband and I had chicken platters From the Kitchen of Lindalicious this past weekend. The food is incredible. The taste, the servings and the hospitality are beyond words. This is by far the best “REAL” soul food in the city. This is definitely a must return and prepare for a long southern comfort nap.“

“This food really made me smile. I'm always skeptical about soul food spots because the mac fails to be cheesy and the veggies lack flavor but this place did not disappoint. I had the shrimp and my husband had the fish and I must say I properly enjoyed my food. The only change I would've asked for was to cook the cabbage a little shorter because I prefer mines to be a bit more crunchy but even without that I properly enjoyed them. It also heats up well which is important for me because I can never eat all of my food. I would definitely recommend eating here if you enjoy properly seasoned food.“

We had the twins with us. That mango sauce....they should sell that by the bottle.Parking: I would imagine that it may be difficult to park during the daytime.
