“Visited Weird Harbour four times whilst visiting friends in Halifax. The first three times we were very impressed, great service and great coffee. On the last day, we ordered a flat white and a cappuccino. They were both exactly the same, and when we queried it with the barista, he said “that’s how we do them here”. Bit of a let down to be honest when we were raving about it all week to the others.“

“This is my favorite Tim Hortons in Dartmouth! I know all the staff—they are always friendly, positive, and very attentive. Unfortunately, there’s no place to sit inside, but it’s convenient for takeout. I think they should expand this location so I can happily come here with my child during walks and enjoy a cup of coffee.

It’s also essential to add an accessibility button for people with disabilities, so it’s easier to enter with a stroller. But that’s more of a suggestion for the Tim Hortons management.

“By far my favourite Starbucks to go to. The staff is so sweet and so friendly. I’m a creature of habit and always get the same drink (Caramel Frappucino) and it’s always perfectly made. The service is always incredible. They have gone above and beyond for me in the past as well when I had been looking for a specific seasonal Drinkware. I always choose this location as my first stop and recommend it to everyone!“

“In previous countries where I lived I often heard either that this franchise is very expensive, or that their coffee is not so good that it would cost so much. My wife and I stopped here on the way home from the mall so we just wanted some coffee and decided to try it. What if we'll like it. And if no, well then no... I don't know about the prices of regular coffee, but the two that we ordered for ourselves turned out to be VERY tasty. We will definitely visit this place from time to time to sit and drink Starbucks special offers in the form of autumn options, for example, like these on my photo.

“This site is within a secure military base. Access may be restricted to only those who work on the base or who are military personnel. Security at gate may not let civilians in unless they have business on the property

Parking: The area is patrolled by Military police and parking security. Their is a 15 minute time limit to be in the parking area. Violation will result in ticket and towing at owners expense“

Parking: There's not a lot of parking given that it's a gas station in city limits.

Kid-friendliness: They have some things for the little ones not much given its a small store.

Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a parking space for one vehicle that is accessible friendly on the right hand side of the store the doors aren't automatic though which is stupid if you are a accessible establishment.“

“We had the pleasure to discover Lara Cafe during our vacation in Halifax with our 3 children. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the creamy oat milk lattes and colourful lemonades and we found ourselves retuning to the Cafe every day of our vacation. We had the opportunity to meet Lara, the owner, and it was immediately clear why this Cafe is so tastefully decorated, why the atmosphere is so enjoyable and the menu so very delectable. “The atmosphere has changed a lot at Tim's not just the one location they have most all gone downhill The ones main st. cole harbour area especially.... Most of staff are friendly but I tend to find some of the new ones to be condescending feeling.. depending on the day.. Which is why I only visit one location now. Not impressed“
