“Went inside because drive through was too long. Waited on by a female trainee (Lydia) and a young blonde gentleman. They were so polite, and he helped her finding buttons on the POS. Was nice to see them work as a team, and my order was correct!!I know it's not a lot, but I believe positive feedback is important!! Great job guys!!“

“Efficient as a drive-thru McDs but as a walk-in and eat-in, it isn't a great option. Counters and tables were messy with spilled salt and ketchup. Staff also focused 90% of their attention on the drive-thru. I would expect they'd have one staff member whose priority was the front counter.“

“I had the pleasure of attending a private event hosted at the Mellow Mug last Friday night. As a first-time visitor, I found it to be a very welcoming space, from the decor to the seating. I think I was lucky to be attending an event after hours, when I believe their stock in baked goods to be low. As it was, I had difficulty narrowing my choice down past 3 items. I can just imagine the increased difficulty it would have been first thing in the morning with a full complement of goodies. The very friendly staff helped me to narrow my choice to one and if the cookie I ate was an example of the high quality of their baked goods, then I am grateful that I live half an hour away and not around the corner. The selection of drinks offered was also amazing and I look forward to visiting again during their regular hours.“

“I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons location! The staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in. My coffee was hot and perfectly made, and the breakfast sandwich was fresh and delicious. The service was quick, even though there were a few people ahead of me in line. The store was clean and well-organized. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons in the area — I’ll be back for sure!“

“Shout out to the friendly staff and helpful owner at this Tim’s! I placed a very large order for a meeting that was to be picked up at a peek time of day. My order changed a number of times and it wasn’t a problem at all. Went to pick up the order and the owner was there to greet me, everything ready to go . Even assisted me in taking items to the meeting location! Baked goods were delicious while coffee and tea were hot. All condiments provided making the process seamless for me. Most impressive, they provided a milk alternative . Will certainly be stoping at this location again!“

“The coffee and doughnuts are always fresh, much better then other places. The staff are super nice, and they seem to enjoy working there. Shiela is excellent does not matter how busy she gets she always has a kind word and a laugh for everyone. When I'm in Enfield I always grab a coffee at Robin's.“

“I love the Coffee Pro! <3 They have the absolute best selection of K-cups I've seen. I recently switched to decaf pods and they carry a wide selection of flavoured coffee which I love. So many goodies in store from syrups to candles to other amazing local gifts. Must stop in Bedford. :)“

“standard timmy's on main street in dartmouth, in cole harbour actually. in a plaza with a laundromat and other small stores. standard fare; coffee, donuts, pastries, breakfast and lunch sandwiches. lots of locals having a sit down chew and chat. clean and welcoming.“

“Customer service was great. I wish their menu was written larger and put somewhere where you can see it without having to be next in line. The food was just ok, same with the drinks. If you're not in the mood for coffee or cookies (which Tim Horton's elsewhere in the airport can satisfy), they have muffins and kombucha, so there's that at least. It's ok, but not great. Good for if you want something different.“

“I stop by the Tim Hortons at Beaver Bank and Glendale fairly often, and I’ve noticed a real improvement lately. The staff are more upbeat, the service is faster, and overall it just feels more organized than it used to.

My coffee’s been fresh every time, and the food (usually a bagel or wrap for me) is made properly and served quickly, even when it’s busy. It used to be hit or miss, but lately they’ve been a lot more consistent.

There’s definitely been a positive change here, and it shows. It’s a solid spot now, and I’ll keep coming back.

“Today I visited this location in the morning 4.52a.m and order some drink ,the tea was cold , I told a girl who was there , she was very rude.when I told her I was going to work and I am late , she shouts on me. She told me , it’s her choice , if you don’t like Tim , don’t come here , go to Starbucks, she was very aggressive. Really very disappointed“

“Friendly staff. Easy parking. Best place to sit and wait for Arrivals (Halifax airport) they even have a flight details screen.Seating (dine in) take away available. Drive thru also there. Easy parking. Clean lounge. Can be busy during peak hours.
