We had the prime rib that was melt in your mouth fantastic. I know it will definitely be on our list of places to eat when we return to Halifax.“

“We had an outstanding dining experience at The Press Gang that was enhanced by our server, Lindsey. We started with oysters and yellow-fin tuna. Both dishes were scrumptious. Our mains were the Tuscan Atlantic Salmon and Seafood Risotto. Both were excellent and Lindsay suggested the perfect wine pairing. This was by far one of the best dining experiences we have had!“

“Grabbed a table on the outdoor deck around sunset last Saturday and the view of the harbor was honestly worth the trip alone. Went with the seafood chowder and it was rich and packed with fresh haddock, way better than I expected for a spot so close to the tourist docks. Our server was genuinely friendly and knew the menu inside out, even pointed us toward a local beer that paired well with the fish and chips. Ended up staying almost two hours just soaking in the atmosphere and watching the boats come in, already planning to bring friends back next weekend.“

“The margarita pizza was delicious as had by my daughter, the cod and clams were delicious and would be bought in a heartbeat as bought by one friend, the lobster roll was “OK“ as bought by my friend and my mussels were very good, but not a taste that I'm used to. I would still probably buy them again, but I would rather just a white wine and green onion and peppers to have them cooked in. Our waiter Liam was amazing and so was all the ambience. It was a great afternoon. We will definitely go back.“
