“This was my 2nd time at mizumi and again it did not disappoint. The otoro nigiri was expensive but worth it. I had several rolls after that and all were exceptional, one of them had gold flakes on it. I’ve never been to japan, but mizumi makes me feel like I’m at a very authentic high end sushi restaurant in japan. This is not your typical american style sushi restaurant. Almost all of them add all kinds of fillers to the specialty rolls to make them taste great, but don’t really resemble quality sushi. Mizumi is more pure, and focuses more on superior quality fish. Well worth the higher prices. If you are a purist, and you want and are willing to pay for top quality sushi, make sure you go to mizumi while visiting vegas. Also the service was great, the napkins were a high thread count, atmosphere is very nice, and the attention to detail is near flawless. This will be a regular stop when i visit vegas“

I’m glad they opened in my neighborhood. My son and I love sushi. My favorite was Achiza and Kaya sushi but now with Pier 215 they beat them in quality, affordability and ambiance bang in the heart of Southwest Las Vegas. Way healthier option than what I ate in Durango, Casino. Where ambiance was great at George but the beef steak burger that was amazing a club sandwich 2 drinks cost almost $65. Ppl are price conscious. We are residents in SW over 20 years & would like to hang in these places. If we are not asked for tourist prices.“

“Stopped by here for lunch during my Vegas stay. Despite being a rather old building in a run down area, it was a very pleasant experience throughout. It was quiet throughout the restaurant and was filled with classic Japanese decor, including some tatami rooms whenever available. I had the nigiri/roll lunch combo with some NA beer and warabimochi. The sushi tasted fresh and the mochi was a nice way to finish the meal. Koko was a very nice server who was ready to help whenever needed! All in all, I had a nice and relaxing time here, and I would definitely visit again when I have the chance 👍“

The toro Tartare was yummy. It was an experience to put it together and eat it with all the items that came with it.

White fish carpaccio was delicious. Love the dressing

Pork sticky ribs was a must.

The Brussels were delicious. Just keep in mind the sauce was at the bottom.

The Chilean Sea Bass though fell short. It just was not all that flavorful. For the money I was expecting something more instead I got something I wouldn't order again.

We also got a tiger roll and that was delicious too.

We picked up the s'mores dessert thing. I think it was just a bit too busy. I did enjoy the raspberry coulie.

“Large variety of Asian dishes, including sushi. We had the Cashew Chicken and Shrimp Chow Fun, plus some spring rolls. Everything was excellent. Nothing fancy here, but a pleasant experience, especially because the noise level was low (often unusual for Vegas!!). A good value for the dollar!! Honestly, we never noticed this place before, but we'll be back.“

The whole atmosphere music vibe and look of the restaurant is awesome.They definitely rolled the red carpet and treated my sister and I like a king at the bar.
