If flavor were illegal, Sushi Hiro would be doing hard time.

We just left Sushi Hiro in Henderson and I’m convinced we experienced spiritual enlightenment disguised as dinner. Every single bite hit like it had something to prove. Not one weak link. Not one “meh.” Just straight culinary domination.

The 007 roll? Smooth, dangerous, and licensed to thrill. It showed up, handled business, and left no crumbs.
The lobster roll? Absolutely disrespectful. Buttery. Rich. Criminally addictive. I would sign paperwork committing to it long term.

Service was flawless — attentive without hovering, friendly without forcing it. The kind of staff that makes you feel like you’re the VIP without making it weird.

We didn’t eat dinner.
We attended a seafood masterclass.

If you’re in Henderson and you’re not eating here, I’m not mad at you… just disappointed.

“You should order the Salmon Mount (10/10 excellent!), Spring River Roll (8.5/10), Out of Control Roll (8.9/10), and Show Me Kiss Roll (9/10).

Soft shell crab was not good. The fried Japanese spring roll was probably frozen and tasted like it was from Costco. Don’t order it.“

“The sushi chefs are true artists. They were very passionate about their craft and the fish was very fresh. The chef gave me recommendations for dipping and freshly grated ginger to add to the ponzu sauce. I tried some fish I had never had before. Lovely!“

Their happy hour starts 2.30pm you get 20% off. Great quality food, classy ambiance, meticulous interior, courteous soft spoken empathetic staff. I love that place. I’m glad they opened in my neighborhood. My son and I love sushi. My favorite was Achiza and Kaya sushi but now with Pier 215 they beat them in quality, affordability and ambiance bang in the heart of Southwest Las Vegas. Way healthier option than what I ate in Durango, Casino. Where ambiance was great at George but the beef steak burger that was amazing a club sandwich 2 drinks cost almost $65. Ppl are price conscious. We are residents in SW over 20 years & would like to hang in these places. If we are not asked for tourist prices.“

We ordered the 1 dozen oysters, the Nori Lover, premium sashimi, Nori Signature Roll, and the crispy tuna rice (not pictured), and everything was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. The quality of the fish really stood out, and each dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Service was excellent and made the experience even better. We will definitely be dining here again and highly recommend it to anyone who loves great sushi and seafood!“
