“WOW!!!! Absolutely phenomenal! I’ve been wanting some good Japanese food and stumbled upon this in my search. I got the chicken curry udon and spicy garlic edamame. Unreal! The edamame is probably the best edamame I’ve ever had, so flavorful! The chicken curry udon was a perfect combination of everything I wanted! The chicken was perfectly crispy and paired so well with the curry. The udon noodles were perfectly cooked as well. I cannot say enough good things about this place! Also not to mention the service was fantastic and very quick. 100/10 stars!“

“A small cozy place, wasn't a customer in sight when we walked in, but boy they had so much food pick-up/deliveries.

We all ordered a poke bowl, the portions were huge, we came hungry, and left happy with plenty of leftovers. Ingredients including the fish was fresh and flavorful.

Can't even check to see what he charged me for because I didn't get a receipt. Food is good but double check to see what you ordered versus what you get.“

“This was my 2nd time at mizumi and again it did not disappoint. The otoro nigiri was expensive but worth it. I had several rolls after that and all were exceptional, one of them had gold flakes on it. I’ve never been to japan, but mizumi makes me feel like I’m at a very authentic high end sushi restaurant in japan. This is not your typical american style sushi restaurant. Almost all of them add all kinds of fillers to the specialty rolls to make them taste great, but don’t really resemble quality sushi. Mizumi is more pure, and focuses more on superior quality fish. Well worth the higher prices. If you are a purist, and you want and are willing to pay for top quality sushi, make sure you go to mizumi while visiting vegas. Also the service was great, the napkins were a high thread count, atmosphere is very nice, and the attention to detail is near flawless. This will be a regular stop when i visit vegas“

“Visiting Vegas and craving sushi, I stumbled upon this gem just off the Strip. The decor is beautiful, warm, and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal.
We started with the spicy cauliflower, salt-spicy squid, and drunken black mussels, all bursting with flavor and absolutely delicious. The sushi was the real highlight: the Taro practically melted in my mouth, the salmon belly was creamy and delicate, the halibut (hirame) was so fresh, and the broiled eel was rich and savory.
The servers and sushi chef were attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Don’t skip the sake, Senkin Immortal Wing was incredible and paired perfectly with the meal.
This is definitely a spot worth visiting when in Las Vegas. I only wish I had more room to try even more from the menu.“

“I’ve been to every Yama location in town, but this one is the MVP. It’s the biggest, it’s open late, and the service is always efficient. Yama Sushi on Spring Mountain is not just a sushi restaurant - it’s a core memory. This was my first sushi spot when I moved to Vegas over 10 years ago, and since then, it’s been the site of raucous birthday parties, flirtatious dinner dates, and probably 50 pounds of salmon nigiri personally devoured. And if you’re planning a birthday dinner, this place is a great option because they have big tables and when everyone gets the same all you can eat deal, sharing rolls and splitting the bill is super easy.“

“Stopped by here for lunch during my Vegas stay. Despite being a rather old building in a run down area, it was a very pleasant experience throughout. It was quiet throughout the restaurant and was filled with classic Japanese decor, including some tatami rooms whenever available. I had the nigiri/roll lunch combo with some NA beer and warabimochi. The sushi tasted fresh and the mochi was a nice way to finish the meal. Koko was a very nice server who was ready to help whenever needed! All in all, I had a nice and relaxing time here, and I would definitely visit again when I have the chance 👍“

Nothing fancy here, but a pleasant experience, especially because the noise level was low (often unusual for Vegas!!). A good value for the dollar!! “Celebrated my sons 20th birthday here and Zuma didn’t disappoint. Located on the 3rd floor of Boulevard tower at Cosmopolitan Hotel. We had the chefs tasting menu, every dish was amazing, well presented and filling, probably one course too many. Service was great and a lively atmosphere, the place was full through the night to closing time. It is pricey, but highly recommend going if you like sushi and a fancy night out.“

I have to feel a little for the workers who are bombarded by the constant high decibel casino sound system. Songs and the sound system are good but it’s still overbearing old school casino (not subtle at all) manipulation.“

Will we have a better meal this week? I know that our other meals will cost a lot more, but I’m not sure they can be this good. Amazing chicken katsu curry. The chicken breading was so fluffy. Rice perfect, soba noodles and pickles. Unbelievable. $87 including two semi-expensive small bottles of sake.

“I'm not a big beef fan, but after eating here, I've completely changed my mind. They handle it very well. The beef liver sashimi, in particular, was excellent 👍. The garlic was perfectly ground, and since it's hard to find elsewhere, I ordered another before leaving 😆. Many people say the customer service is bad, but this is one of the few excellent ones I've encountered in the US. They really take their food seriously. Maybe it wasn't busy when we arrived, so we chose a walk-in on a Sunday at noon. Don't try to call, because when I called before, they told me they don't accept phone reservations.“
