“Excellent smoothies and sandwiches. This place is a hidden gem in town. It's nice to finally have a good coffee place in Sun Valley after all these years, and now i don't have to drive all the way down to the freeway to go to starbucks for a drink that is not as good as Mendozas.“

“Most coffee shops in Reno are very good, but this one is exceptional. Friends and acquaintances alike have agreed with me that this is the best coffee in town. The decor is lovely, the baristas are always friendly and timely even when they're packed, and I love that they use local ingredients in their coffee. They use a local chocolatier, Dorinda's, for many of their seasonal flavors. I love the pistachio flavor so much I'll be sad to see it go!We make the drive from Spanish Springs once a week because we love it that much. Their sandwiches are delicious so be sure to give the fig and brie one a try! I do wish they had more pastries (donuts, coffee cake, muffins or different loaf slices would be nice) but we tend to show up late morning, so it could just be that the display case is sold out.“

“I love this place for coffee, the plantain coffee is my favorite and I like it much more than I initially thought I would. I wouldn't recommend them for food since most of the items seem to come from Costco (but I haven't tried everything. I don't want to say this is the case for the full menu so take this with a grain of salt). However, for coffee I would definitely recommend them!“

“I am always on the lookout for places that have Hawaii style plate lunch and found this one by chance. Looked really cool in the pics and decided to try them out. They are located on the southside of Reno Tahoe International Airport and tucked away in a small strip mall. The colorful sign above will let you know your in the right place. There are picnic style benches outside and the inside has a few small tables and chairs. The decor of the interior is like an industrial look and if you really want to see this type of look, use their restroom. The menu is not large, but has a good selection. We chose the BBQ chicken plate lunch with a pork street taco on the side. Both came out really fast. The chicken was tender with good flavor, definitely not salty. The pork taco was also very flavorful and messy! This place has limited hours of 10-6pm so you won't be able to eat there anytime you want but it is good.“

“Me and my wife were visiting Reno for the weekend and we ran across this home looking restaurant. The hostess was very nice and welcoming. I ordered the seafood omelet which was very very delicious. The cooks are very good. The food was great! If I'm ever back in Reno I will definitely have my breakfast @ The Stone House Cafe.“

“Really great food and wine! Super romantic vibes and a great way to enjoy live entertainment! We had the avocado baguette, mixed nuts, loaded dippers and arepa. The baguette was very good and fresh. The mixed nuts are a great options if just wanting drinks and something light. I really enjoyed the arepa but wish it came as more than 1. The loaded dippers were okay. Not my favorite. Overall, i think foodwise its a little overpriced and small portions. I understand the single use recyclable/compostable dishware but feels like it brings down the higher end vibe they are going for with the menu and decor. Will definitely be back but probably will be more just for drinks and light snack.“

“We can to go to the Fix next door and we're disappointed. So we passed by Sabrina's and gave it a try. We were surprised. The food was wonderful. I had a carnitas quesadilla, it was cooked to perfection. My wife had the Tai soup, and she was amazed. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend eating here. Give it a try. (Also the homemade lemonade and home made ginger ale was delicious)“

“Cheese Board has been a Reno mainstay for a long time, and revisiting recently reminded me why. The quiche-of-the-day was very good, and if it wasn't quite as amazing as their quiche Lorraine, the butternut squash soup was pretty off-the-charts, so it was a wash. The restaurant itself remains accessible, and is a great upscale but casual spot for an excellent lunch. I'll be going back soon on a day they're serving the quiche Lorraine!“

“Love Purple Bean! The people are nice and friendly, and the coffee is awesome. They have more menu options than you can imagine! Also, good muffins and snacks to go with your coffee. Parking lot can be pretty busy and tight for my F350 truck, but for me, it's worth it even if I need to walk from Raleys parking lot!“

“Enjoyed a night cap here at the 1864 Tavern with my husband a few weeks ago and we very much enjoyed the ambiance and drinks. He had a top shelf whiskey, neat and I enjoyed a signature gin beverage, the Desert Rose. The decor was authentic and well used. Service was welcoming and friendly. “I got the opportunity to try the Lead Dog Brewing location in Reno and I have to say I really, really liked my experience with their beer this time around. Enough to bump my review up to five stars.This time around we had two different beers and one in particular that we immensely enjoyed. The first beer we had was a cold ipa with the name Beyond the Wall. This was a pretty refreshing IPA and I feel like the Cold types often are. Flavor features with this IPA are a clean, spicy, bitter and hoppy characteristics. A solid beer for sure. But our hearts really layed with the pastry stout with the name Churro Please. I don't think I ever have had a pastry stout that I haven't liked and I almost always give five stars from the brewery I have it from because I am so impressed with them but they are usually pretty heavy and rich and I only want them once in a while. The Churro Please was no exception and it was fantastic with flavors of vanilla and cinnamon this stout had a smooth and warming feel to it that is absolutely perfect to cozy up with during the bitter cold snap the country is in right now (near mid January, 2024 is what I am referring to).“

We fell in love & have had pizza (dine-in & take-out) 5 times in 13 days for a total of twelve 4-corners...almost 1 pizza per day! “My friend and I visited this pizza location to experience their pizza, and it was one of the best homemade pizzas, and very ample as well. I got the meat lovers option, which is one that I asked for based on their recommendation, and my friend had the vegetarian option, and both options were, visually appealing and delicious as well. “I love trying out different coffee houses and this one has been on my list to try for a while now. it was early afternoon and a little busy but the guy working the bar area was super nice and polite. I told him what my usual was at the larger chain coffee place so he made me one similar to my caramel macchiato with oat milk. It tasted a lot smoother than the one I had been used to. I loved it right away. The parking lot has plenty of space to park and inside is busting with good energy. Very clean and friendly establishment. The only downfall was I wanted a hot coffee drink, and it only came in a 12 oz. I do love the way more coffee houses are offering more dairy free and plant-based choices. I will go back cause I did love the coffee and the good energy I felt inside.So if you are thinking of trying this place out, don't wait, you will enjoy it.“

It is hilarious and disturbing to me that the hospital feeds patients poison while also helping them heal. We have been eating every meal at Great Full Gardens for nearly 2 weeks. “Really cute ice cream shop. My kids have been watching rolled ice cream on YouTube and have been dying to go to one. It is connected to Dorinda's chocolate shop with is cute. The staff were 3 young men who were nice and welcoming. Excited to see us which was nice. We ordered 3 ice creams, peaches n cream, cherry and coffee. All were really good and reasonably priced ( about 8.50 each). It's not as creamy as cold stone or other ice cream places but still good. There's no inside seating which is a bummer because it was raining outside and the outdoor seating was all wet but overall good experience.“

“If you are looking for a nice spot that the whole family will want to eat at, this is it. Greatful Gardens has a big menu that is accommodating for people who are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten intolerant. I went there for breakfast recently and had a breakfast burrito with the vegan option for meat. The burrito was a bit dry because I did not eat it with pico. I got sour cream, and it was perfect for giving it some moisture. I had the mushroom burrito last time I was there, and it was absolutely delicious. My friend got a grilled cheese and tomato soup. She was pleased with this choice. We also shared a waffle. It was absolutely delicious. I recommend getting one on the side with your meal if you do not get one as your main dish. The lattes are delightful. My friend has the turmeric one this time. I enjoy the chai one. I would also recommend the chicken teriyaki bowl and the Thanksgiving sandwich. If you like fresh juices, they have those too.“

“A hot day at the Legends of Beer event back in September brought me to this taco truck, which was one of the food vendors. I LOVE tacos so had to give them a try. Being filled up with beer and needing to pace myself I ordered some Birria tacos. Seems like you find Birria everywhere these days but man Lety's makes a mean and tasty one. If you stumble upon this truck while out and about definitely give them a try.“

“Solid place with outside heating and tons of beer selections both can and craft. Can bring in other food besides the pizza next door. Our favorite is the taco truck behind Death and Taxes in the alley. Good place to meet lots of people. A matrix themed 30th birthday even rolled in!“
