“regularly come here for me and my boyfriend as he loves the brown sugar shaken espresso! i’d never been a coffee girl but after trying that drink i love iced coffee! the staff are always super friendly and kind, and the service is quick! they have a wide range of ice cream too, and they make up for the nicest milkshakes! lots of donuts flavours and breakfast items are yummy too!“

“Took off one star for customer service. There were 3 girls ahead of us. And one attendant. The guy was obviously preparing the girls things and just kept staring at us. We stood there for a few minutes waiting for him to tell us give me a second or I'll be right with you or I'm busy give me a chance. But none of that. We stood there like idiots, until a coworker of his came out the back looking sweaty and like he hadn't slept in a few days and dried his wet hands on his pants and apron and asked in a rugged way what would you like? My brothers ordered. I refused to get anything. Grossed me out.“

When I called to place order they were so helpful and offered some great ideas! On morning of pick up they were extremely busy but still friendly and efficient and even helped bring stuff to my car. “I just went in for an Iced Green Tea w/ melted honey. I have been a coffee drinker for 15 years and just switched. Every dunkin I go to straight up refuses to even try to make it. Nobody cares.

The manager at this Dunkin Donuts not only cared enough to listen to my request, he made the drink PERFECT. I worked for Dunkin Donuts for about a year and it's like I made it myself.

“The regular coffee is really good when compared to most other places. This is particularly true when you compare Tim Hortons to Duncan Donuts and Starbucks. Duncan tastes very mild. Starbucks tastes like a mild espresso. Perhaps it's just me and my taste preference. In any case, I prefer Tim Hortons coffee and I like the fact that you can gas up at a reasonable price, get coffee, donuts or other snacks all in one place. In short, Tim Hortons is a much better place to visit than 7Eleven.“

“Overnight shift staff is amazing! During the day can be dicey. Need to stop hiring the teenagers who only care about hooking up with fellow employees or customers online. Also, daytime they get a bit messy with their drinks and you're handed a sticky cup. The two gentlemen at night midnight and on are EXCELLENT!!!! They need a raise, bonus' or whatever.. Just don't let them leave.. lol.. Food has been good too“
