“Today was my annual birthday dinner with my family and my little brother. It's both our birthdays so we get to choose where we want to go out to eat with all of us. So I had decided that we should try the New Restaurant Voodoo Crab in Massapequa and let me tell you, it was definitely better than I expected. The food was good, definitely reminds me of hook and reel up in Hicksville or sexy crab in Levittown… Food is definitely comparable and was very good. But What made this experience AMAZING was the impeccable customer service that we received! Lilliana was our waitress and she was wonderful to say the least… If I can give a 10 star rating for service, I would've given them a higher star. But the best part was the owner of the restaurant coming around to make sure everything was well with us. He definitely went above and beyond making sure that we were completely satisfied. And besides singing the regular, happy birthday to us, they surprised us with a couple of free desserts because of our birthdays. Not sure if that's a normal practice but I'd have to save out of the three restaurants mentioned, Voodoo Crab is now my absolute favorite because of the service! If you're looking for a great atmosphere, with great food, very fair pricing, and the best service I've had in a long time… I would highly recommend Voodoo Crab to you! “So I came to motor vehicle to drop off my plates and this place is right next door.My friends and I returned next weekend and it is now my new favorite local restaurant. We ordered quite a bunch of different things from the appetizers as well as an Old Bay shrimp boil and a Mussels boil. Calamari was ultra tender. “My family and I tried Park Avenue Grill because of their large gluten free menu. The brunch food was excellent. I tried the gluten free churro waffle bites, which were divine, and GF Tuscan eggs Benedict. There was also a decent sized vegan menu! Their specialty lattes were delicious. You'll want a bowl, not a cup, and even then, you'll be asking for seconds. Don't sleep on the seafood bisque either. Definitely buy some to take home.The appetizers were a bit small, but with the prices of everything these days, you get what you paid for. The crab cakes were delicious and full of crab while other places go heavy on the breading instead.We ended up having the shrimp boat, shrimp po boy, blackened catfish tacos and shrimp salad. Everything was flavorful. Big portions as well.I do believe they are closed for the month of February but I will be going back myself when it opens in March.“

Loved the addition of cucumber to the drink to balance it and give it a little refreshing aspect. Food wise we just got a smattering of tacos (Luger, Tropical Lobstahhh, Birria, Al Pastor, Carne Smack Dat Asad and the Cali-Flower) just to try and sample a little of everything. First and foremost, the portions are legit - they don't skimp out so you'll be full or even have extra to take home. Taste wise, my top 3 were the Luger, Lobster and Cali-Flower. All very flavorful and unique in their own way. Definitely will be back once the weather heats up!“

The duck cakes were unforgettable— we seriously considered ordering them again for dessert. The seafood was so fresh, it still tasted effortlessly of the sea, while wallowing in sauces and gravy unlike any others.
