“Been coming here for decades. If you are Korean and a NewYorker there is a 90% chance you know of this place. Classic Korean black noodle spot that doesn’t disappoint! They make less than 12 dishes here and they do it well! Not much more to say. Big space, lots of seats and chill vibes. Totally biased but maybe the single most know korean restaurant in nyc? “I ordered the wings with soy garlic and Korean bbq sauce. Both were delicious and very good. The garlic Parmesan fries actually has powdered sugar on top. I called to make sure it wasn’t someone in the kitchen messing up the seasoning. Turned out sugar is added on the fries so it’s salty and sweet. It’s not what I was expecting so not really my thing. I would order the plain French fries next time. The fries were very crunchy, just wished it wasn’t sweet.“

“I was there at Jian Nan Syosset, Long Island. Everything went great!! But, those took the orders needed to be more educated to understand each dishes. We were a fairly larger group than standard party size. Some dished were small and some dim sum served with small quantities, like 3 or 4. Those who order for the large group, should give suggestion to order multiple orders for the same dish. So, each one in the group can have at least one.“

“Nice atmosphere in in a small 40 seat dining room. The portions are a bit too large, however maintain qualify. Chef note, the soups could be updated for broth flavor, the eggplant and tofu needs a sauce update. The nassau sushi is perfect. The shrimp tempura is perfect and the fry oil is Fresh! “Came here for lunch because I’ve been craving some hotpot. I’m so glad I did. They have a wide selection of meats, seafood and veggies. I had the pork neck soup base which was rich and delicious. My favorite cut of meat so fat is the snowflake beef. It’s fatty, buttery and tender. The kimchi is amazing as well. Customer service is great. They leave you alone while still being attentive. And just in case they aren’t around, there’s a call bell. The seating is very private. They have booths that can close for even more privacy. The booths seat 6. Definitely recommend!“

She was great, very helpful and attentive. on the table, we have some fried wings, egg rolls, California rolls, alligator Rolls ,general, chicken, sesame chicken, and some kung pow chicken Also, I had special fried rice. The food was great, wonderful portion Something things 2 people can share I literally tried everything that I just mentioned.

“We love Uyghur food especially Lamb Polo. The polo here is the best I had in NYC. We also ordered the lamb soup which is good but a bit too salty, however the lamb is very tender and tasty. The lamb kawaps were very good, juicy and tasty, but the lamp chop was tough and tasteless which I don’t understand. Shouldn’t they be marinated the same way? We also ordered thin-skin steamed mantas, the onion and meat one is very good, but the squash meat one was lack of flavor. Next time I’ll stick with the onion meat ones. Overall, the food is very good, worth a trip.“

I come here when I crave rice and something spicy. They offer cold dishes as side dishes or you can have them as part of of your lunch meal. Got the tofu shreds and celery, bamboo shots in chili oil, and the beef tendon & tripe. They were all delicious. I know other places have cheaper prepared rice dishes like this around flushing but if im in NY food court, this is a nice meal as well which includes hot soup.

Ive recommend their hot oil chili hicken, chicken feet, and the fried fish too. I see lots of locals get their hot rice dishes. Might be worth a try too!“

We come here occasionally after the dog park visit, and we have yet to be disappointed. The wonton soup is a must have, better than anywhere else I have tried. The prices are also very good. Normally I have something criticizing to say but I genuinely appreciate this place for a cheat night. You won’t feel guilty with the fun of take out. The place is small and there isn’t anywhere to eat if you wanted. The customer service is good, however you will need to wait in your car because there isn’t much room to wait inside and no where to sit. Give it a try. “Visited this pho place in Oceanside today and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I had been hesitant to try it before since it looks like a newer spot with only a few Google reviews, but I’m really glad I finally did.

The staff was extremely friendly, and the restaurant was very clean, a great first impression. We ordered the pho king, chicken wings, and beef yakitori. The beef skewers are a mustorder: great quality meat, the dipping sauce was especially delicious. Four skewers for $9 is a great deal. The pho king also came with generous portions and plenty of toppings.

Overall, a very solid experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.“
