“I was there at Jian Nan Syosset, Long Island. Everything went great!! But, those took the orders needed to be more educated to understand each dishes. We were a fairly larger group than standard party size. Some dished were small and some dim sum served with small quantities, like 3 or 4. Those who order for the large group, should give suggestion to order multiple orders for the same dish. So, each one in the group can have at least one.“

I was really impressed by the serving size, the taste/quality and the price. The server was very friendly and it cost just under $10. It was in the evening so it wasn't busy, but I'd definitely go there again for sure.“

The lunch special prices are very affordable and large portions. I always also order the fried chicken and Singapore noodles every time with my lunch special. I save it for the next for breakfast. Lol.

The front desk lady Vivian at the Woodbury Heights Nursing told me about the place and I have been ordering ever since.

Last Saturday I ordered my regular Lunch special Pork ribs w/ pork fired rice. Paid extra $1.50 for eggs and veggies in my fries rice this also comes with egg roll. I also always order fried chicken wings and Singapore noodles.

I placed an order at 11:47am then right before lunch special was over 2:56pm I placed the same order again.

It was and every time has been that delicious. Crispy fried chicken. Meaty, plump and juicy pork ribs. Flavorful pork fried rice with actual lots of pork in it. Singapore noodles with loads of chicken, pork and shrimp.

Every dish is full to the top. Delivered fast and HOT. That's why I always tips 20%.

“I actually found this spot in a pretty random but reliable way — I was watching Louis from Robke’s in Northport and he was sharing some of his favorite local restaurants. This Chinese place happened to be the closest one to my house from his list, so I figured it was worth trying.

I’m born and raised in East Northport, so I’ve tried pretty much every Chinese spot in the surrounding areas trying to find a go-to… and this one is easily my favorite now.

First off, the prices are shockingly fair. I checked the menu before going and that alone made me want to try it — it’s probably the most reasonably priced Chinese food I’ve seen around here. And it actually lives up to it. You can get a lunch special for under $8, or something like a quart of chicken and broccoli for around $12 and change, which is just rare to find now.

But the biggest thing is the quality. The chicken is actually good quality — not rubbery, not overly breaded, and not drowning in sauce. Everything tastes fresh, not soggy. The fried rice is genuinely some of the best I’ve had.

Also, every time I go, I order in person and the food is ready so quickly, which I love. And the staff are always really kind and welcoming — it just makes the whole experience better.

It's along Westchester Avenue where there is a selection of various cuisines.The food is delicious and it's not greasy. I love the rice, its bright yellow and full of flavor. The chicken used in the sesame and general tso are fried just right and not too hard. I personally don't eat Chinese all the time and when I do I usually stand outdoors while my food cooks because you can smell the heavy grease inside and down the street. But at Panda I'm able to stand inside to wait for my food because it doesn't smell. This is a cash only place so make sure you have plenty. The man behind the counter is nice and he speaks Spanish which is nice for the customers that visit. Its not a place really to stay long and eat because there's 4 tables. I take my food to go. They also do not deliver.

Parking: You can park on the lot that the store stands on or park along the street that has ample parking for almost 6 cars.

I do not have to worry about cross contamination issues in their kitchen or getting sick. I am truly grateful for this place since it's one of the very few places I can eat at safely. “DunHuang a city in Northwest China once a key stop on the ancient silk road. Dun Huang serves noodle dishes that are famous in Northwest China. This Dun Huang is run by a wonderful family. The food is always consistently delicious. Try the N1 Lanzhou special noodle with cilantro and chili oil for a little kick. N2 is a braised beef noodle dish with baby bakchoy. Two of our families favorites. We also enjoy the Chinese hamburgers or rou mo jia. Great starter for the kids. The Lamb skewers are tasty with the chili seasoning as well. Their soups - wonton and egg drop don't taste like the typical take-out. Lighter and more flavorful. They have great noodle bowls, like noodle soup with wontons, which I usually have to go to Flushing or Chinatown to find decent noodle soups. For appetizers - Their scallion pancakes are light and crispy. Our main courses - Beef with Broccolli - flavorful while not overwhelmed by too much sauce, and savory more than sweet. “Fairfield County Connecticut does Not have any mockmeat chinese takeout menu (the closest is New Asia- Hartford Ct which has similar mockmeat takeout offerings as this & is cheaper) so bonus points for just filling a need. Unlike other restaurants, China Harden-Rye had a whole veg/vegan menu (not just 2 lame tofu offerings like most restaurants offer) The mockmeat dishes such as sesame chikn, general tsaos, orange chikn were those fried flat, round nuggets with sauce which is OK for takeout but I can take nuggets & toss with sauce at home. I'm still searching for proper breaded seitan/tofu fried pieces that are big like non-vegan meals. There's no vegan sweet & sour pork or v- walnut shrimp which west coast vegan takeout has. && The menu says vegetarian but they claim it's vegan. Service was excellent as they accomodated my nut allergy by not putting nuts in kungpao chikn & assuring no nut oils in anything. V-beef & broccoli was delish however didnt taste like the meat-based dish & texture was excellent. Was expensive for takeout quality, we ate at the restaurant on plates & the serving size seemed smallish but food was pleasantly hot & crispy. they put relaxing musac on for our dining pleasure too.
