“Low key might be your best slice in Bushwick/Ridgewood. It bests Robertas and Ops easily yet doesn't get the hype of either of the latter. They also have better appetizer options like a mint watermelon salad that we devoured before taking a picture. The pizza hits all the marks of a good pie and then goes a step beyond with a similar price point to Robertas. This is a great spot that's out of the was but absolutely worthy of the trip.“

“A little gem. This small spot with a beautiful back patio squeezed in a group of 10 or so. The mushroom pizza was all we had but was 5/5 and worth a trip. Their dough is so light and pillowy but with crisp edges and a fantastic bite. The toppings on the mushroom pizza were perfectly seasoned and a very nice ratio (not overpowering the cheese or dough). Honestly though, the dough was special and is worth the trip to explore their other pizzas. Next time we come we will absolutely get a few pies and take home whatever is left. But if everything is as good as that mushroom pizza, there's small chance of leftovers.“

Classic pizza spot; always fresh. Pep, plain cheese, doesn't matter, I've yet to have a bad slice. Flavorful, perfect texture - chewy with that perfect initial crunch. Only thing I'd add to the menu? Pinwheels, maybe. Sometimes I have to walk on the other side of the street to avoid being tempted to grab a slice.

Staff is friendly, great to chat with, & we often run into them on our morning walks. Prices are great. Great spot to stop in, especially on a nice day when they pop the windows out.“

“The crust is edible. Slight crunch but mostly soft. The pizza is thin. I got the 2 pizza for $5 deal it came to $5.52 with tax. It was done extremely quick. They keep fresh hot pizzas coming out frequently. The area is heavily populated so they go quickly. Its the best deal on food all around. Their soda/water comes to $1.82 without tax. There is a good selection of the 2 freezers. I would go again. Nothing about the pizza was overly greasy, the bottom was not burned, there was a good cheese to sauce ratio, it was enjoyable.“

“Fantastic spot. We live in a nearby neighborhood and have been many times. Located on a quiet corner near the pier with a lovely sunset view of the statute of liberty, it feels like a peaceful escape from the city.

The food is generally very good. The ricotta beet salad is a must have - so fresh. Our only caveat is that the pizza can be a bit soggy, so we'd suggest foregoing toppings and just getting the plain tomato mozzarella (which is very good).“

“I've had the pleasure of twice dining at Crosta with out of town guests. It's was a consensus, the food and service are top notch!! The fact that it's also gluten-free is too good to be true. I'd given up hope of truly enjoying pizza since having to gluten-free 3 years ago. Crosta's gluten-free pizza is out of this world. You have no idea it's gluten-free free. The same is true regarding the gluten-free desserts. They're decadent and delicious. This is a go-to restaurant for me.“

The atmosphere and service are excellent and this place has just gotten busier since it opened its doors a few years ago. It's in my neighborhood and go in for negroni sbagliato and pizza fix.“
