“I went here with a group of friends. It is a small intimate bar. They occasionally have a kitchen that serves homemade dishes. Lots of inexpensive bottles of icy cold beers, as well as mixed drinks. There is a pool table and a dart board, music from cd's. I had fun but I knew a lot of people in the bar. Very friendly staff. They also have "guest bartender night". A frequent patron acts like the bartender for the evening.“

“This location went from a 4 star to five star due to the customer service provided by Titus.
Here's the story, I came to this location with two teens and a wheelchair user. This location was called to confirm accessibility. There is a sizeable staircase with a chair lift to the left. When we arrived Nelson went about looking for the key to activate the lift to no avail. We were not deterred the family got the chair upstairs. Titus offered us free drinks for our effort. And by end of our 90 session we were surprised to find we were not going to be charged for food and he assisted with bringing the chair down.
But to high light a few other things, Titus and Nelson both provided instruction that helped us have successful throws, and Titus just had a great personality, he's was smiling, warm, very engaging.
We would definitely return hopefully the lift will be functional next time.“

“Panzón in Greenpoint is such a delightful spot! I had the chance to sit outside, and it was the perfect setting for a relaxed, sunny meal. The atmosphere is casual, welcoming, and full of energy, making it a lovely place to enjoy food with friends or family.

The food was absolutely delicious. I started with the street corn, which was flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and the ideal combination of smoky, creamy, and tangy. For my main, I tried a few of the tacos, and each one was packed with fresh ingredients and bold, vibrant flavors. The balance of textures and seasonings in each taco made every bite a little celebration of authentic Mexican street food.

The staff was friendly and attentive, creating a comfortable dining experience that made the meal even more enjoyable. Sitting outside in the fresh air while enjoying such tasty dishes added an extra layer to the experience — it felt relaxed, fun, and unhurried.

“Came for the Knicks game. Food and service were great. Their Espresso martini was delicious . If you ask me it’s the best sports bar in Brooklyn. Kudos to the person choosing play list postgame . Loved it. Going to make it my World Cup headquarters and apparently great place for NFL.“

“Eavesdrop is an incredible cocktail bar located in Greenpoint, centered around live dj sets with an emphasis on analog (viny) - but it’s more than just the music there and the drink - but the people as well. The entire eavesdrop staff is nothing short of a class, incredible service from the moment you walk in and you’re greeted by Levi. Okay, you already know it’s about to be a great night when you have someone like Levi greeting you. Then I am ushered by Tiffany, warmest greeting on the planet, and she explained what the space was about, the concept, even going into deep detail about the cocktail menu, curated by the brilliant minds of Nick and Dan. You can tell this place has heart, everything is done intentionally to the best of its abilities. Beyond the immensely impressive cocktail menu made by the best bartenders I’ve ever laid eyes on, the food is AMAZING. Seriously greatest food I’ve ever had, thank you John. So for my evening, I was delighted when I was ushered to the backyard, amazing ambiance.

Chris was out there working the drinks, man what a guy, he made me something called a Cuba libre and it was so nice, and then he made me one of the signature cocktails on the menu. Okay let’s talk about the music, whosever doing the booking over there and curating the night is doing an incredible job, the dj set by Cosmo was proper - no crumbs left.

Definitely top 5 places to catch a vibe in the entire state of New York.

“I had to find a space for a last-minute big party (like, only a few hours in advance) and we had a phenomenal experience with the crown inn! They were super accommodating and we had a wonderful time. Bartenders were also so sweet and wonderful all night. Highly recommend!“

“Milly's truly deserves the five-star rating. Not that it's fine dining, but because they're doing everything right. The hostess' warmth, the bartender-turned-server's chill charm, the co-owner greeting us by name--the vibe is like you're the guest in their joyful, cozy home. Everything we ordered was delicious and a fresh take unlike anywhere else, especially the chop cheese eggrolls, corn fritters and hamburger. No need to go to overrated jazz clubs, this place has it all in one cozy spot plus classic, fun and enjoyable high quality Jazz that I am always looking for; i found it that night listening to Benjamin on Sax & Cristobal on Bass, Sacha Perry on the Piano and Sean on Drums. “I stumbled upon this spot after my original dinner plans failed. I hadn’t seen it before and it was a random weeknight but I went in and I was immediately greeted by the warmth of the staff (one who I assume was an owner?). I’ve been back a few times and it’s a solid place.

A great selection of wine & knowledgeable servers who can help you figure out what’s best for your taste. I LOVE the Caesar salad, like genuinely top 3 of my favorite Caesar salads! Pizza is great (I had the heartbreaker and also had a build your own).

“High expectations, but not impressed with this visit. Wednesday early dinner , 7/23/25, 5pm.
No issue with availability and service, very attentive.
Chicken dish with sauce ok, but asparagus flimsy and green bean sized while mashed potatoes served ice cream scoop and lacking in flavor.
Long awaited favorite of mine, fish and chips.
Fish better than most in area, still lacking in wow factor while the (chips) were a flimsy mess , no crisp or seasoning.
As to beer, Stella was fine but Blue Moon dark and flat.

“This is a cool spot and often has a great crowd. You can catch the football games on the projector. Please be warned, they force a 20% gratuity on your bill even just sitting at the bar. Maybe they do this because people don't enjoy tipping for extremely slow service which you will probably encounter. (The bartender with the glasses is pretty good though) On top of that, they nickel and dime you with a 2.5% credit card surcharge. I have never seen that at a bar before.“

My friend, thinking there was no way they’d change one for us, asked the bartender if there was anywhere around showing the Liberty game. He immediately hopped to, got the game turned on for us, was extremely accommodating and kind when we thought we might get the side eye. Such sweet guys and they have old speckled hen on tap & walker’s crisps to boot. What’s not to love? Brought my friend from London the following week and we had a great time. Good vibes all around.“

My Boyfriend and I celebrated his birthday at Jr & Sons. We sat at the bar and had the most wonderful experience with the bartenders Max and Brenda. The host JJ was also incredibly friendly and checked on us as we were sitting close to her at the end of the bar.
The food was Phenomenal! We went all out with the Big Ice which is a beautiful array of different raw bar items. The broiled octopus was absolute perfection.
We then moved to the burrata ravioli which were like little cheesy pillows with crispy prosciutto on top.
Then the whole Branzino arrived and we truly COULD NOT STOP EATING IT! I knew we had to have dessert and the staff pick seemed to be the chocolate pistachio sundae. It knocked our socks off, I don't know what magical sorcery is in that ice cream but it will keep us coming back. Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful evening and we will be sure to comeback to our favorite new restaurant in Williamsburg!“
