This eatery is a hidden gem in the mount Haven section of the BX...who knew!? Love the rustic casual ,chill vibe & the rooftop seating on a summer day is everything. The food... fresh uncomplicated, there are halal vegan& vegetarian options. The chocolate croissant and vegan carrot cake 🥰 My personal favorite is avocado toast with turkey bacon , arugula or the goddess bowl add a great cup of coffee or Chai latte it's all delish!! To the staff are friendly and helpful. We love this eatery so much we just had my friend's son's wedding there, intimate, beautiful. A must try.“

I reminded her of Tinos, where we have in the past got 3 foot heroes and antipasto platters. We called and that was all she wrote! Delivery on time and the food was out of this world!! “Excellent take out home cooked meal style food. I love and buy the salmon piece which is huge and is $8. I also get chicken cutlets for the kids. The cabbage and side items also look good but I just add at home a side and the meal is done. Also the coffee is my favorite in the neighborhood. Muffins melt in my mouth particularly the corn and chocolate chip. They should have more chocolate chip or maybe not bc I would buy and eat it more. There food is great home cooked style for a FAIR price. I’m so glad they are in my neighborhood.“

“Love, Love, LOVE this breakfast spot. I order from here regularly. The food is always fast, fresh and budget friendly. The guy who takes phone orders affectionately refers to us as “The Donut Family” because we usually order the last donuts of the day. What’s pictured here is seasoned waffle fries and a special made burger (bacon cheddar cheeseburger on a glazed donut w/lettuce & tomato). They are open very early. They take cards and cash. The staff is super friendly. Great for delivery but not so great as a dine in spot (they do have a couple of chairs inside but it’s really too small to sit and enjoy a meal without having to move for the incoming foot traffic).“

“The name of the place is true. Healthy and fresh. The fruits and vegetables are fresh, the place is spotless. The people there are smart about the menu and friendly. Service is quick. They’re polite and forward with handling Bronx customers. Everything I order I’m so happy with. I’ve gotten Salads, Smoothies, Juices and I’m always pleased. Today I got a Toasted corn muffin with butter and that was sooo yummy. They have seating. The prices are on point for top quality food and service.“

“Excellent salad bar and cold food section. Vast selection of beverages, chips and snacks. Hot and cold roll or hero sandwiches made to order, as well as hot food dishes. Staff isn't very friendly, but they are efficient. The deli is next to a medical office building, so parking is tough.

“Stopped in for the soft launch of the bar, which is an extension of the resturant which is now under new management. For us here in Port Morris, it’s a great retreat with an intimate setting blocks from the Randall’s Island Connector.

Parking: Always parking, great place to stop when you’re stuck in traffic off the Bruckner.“

“They have to have fresh chicken in order for taste good they made a bunch of fresh chicken yesterday and it was really good and it was nice and hot if the chicken doesn't look too well in this way case tell him to make you fresh chicken the banana pudding is good also they just need to use a little more vanilla “

“have been to all long island restaurants,and bronx locations. doherty enterprises is by far a great one. for some reson the hutch riv pkwy is far and above the best .think the gm s name is chris and he should be commended for training his staff. i have never had a server that wasnt excellent, always a smile and a welcome, must be due to his training or overview. bronx has slightly higher prices like app plate with samplers is 20. in long island but 25 in the bronx. in bronx everything is hot and freshly cooked in farmingville l it usually doesn t come out hot or barely warm so i d rather pay 25 in the bronx. Mgr Destiny at hutch riv pkwy always looks out for me and mom who is 97 yrs old. So i go to bronx location every time i can usually atleast once a week. in s carolina and florida i and new jersey near atlantic city was not as happy as in new york as they do not offer deals and never heard of golden app which is a discount for seniors,.. I am also a senior citizen so good prices and good food is important. I know good quality and services and let fridays know years ago that things were bad and bronx locations and long island are gone, mainly would wait 15 minutes atfridays to order a drink without ice and would get a drink with ice another 15 minutes later. Thank you for keeping my mom and i happy all the time“

The establishment is picturesque, the staff are welcoming, food freshly prepared and by accident I discovered they have their own parking lot! That's a plus. I know the owner and workers all super nice people, right atmosphere, right everything. Everytime I go there I have to get 3 Philly cheesesteak sandwiches for me and my little ones, and there's always a line of people waiting for other delicious sandwiches they make there too. “I was really happy about my stay with my family at this restaurant. We made a reservation. It was honored and there was no wait. The staff was attentive and helpful. The food was incredible . We had a variety of different meals and everyone was satisfied. The drinks were good too. The place was beautiful. Parking was a bit limited but it was the weekend so we gave grace, we also fortunately still found parking quickly and close by. The only issue we found is the music is way too loud. I'm not sure why this is even an issue , I can't imagine anyone is comfortable with music being so loud u can barely talk or communicate with your waiter. That was the most frustrating thing . Aside from that, the place is wonderful and I do hope they change that so it could be more enjoyable“

“Just happened to find this place while walking through the Bronx. What an amazing gem! We had the seafood boil - which came with loads of giant crab legs, shrimp, and lobster tail swimming in butter and garlic. It was sooo yummy and decadent. We had to use like 50 napkins because the butter was dripping everywhere. It seemed a bit pricey, but it was such a great experience and we had enough leftovers for dinner the next day.“
