“Today, I decided to stop and try this restaurant. I walked in and asked about the menu, the lady at the bar help ( very beautiful). I decided on a chicken roti. When I got home and opened my package I was surprised at the size (huge) and the taste ( delicious). I will be back. 🥰“

“The food was great I went during food week. I had the salmon with garlic mash and broccoli. The meal also came with dessert and an appetizer. You can add a glass of wine for 5 dollars. For the appetizer I had the birria empanada my cousin had the island shrimp I believed it was called. The shrimp👍🏾👍, I wasn't crazy about the empanada. I would definitely revisit this place. Also the run punch definitely punches. Try it out.“

“Visited for the first time on 11/21. Hostess greeted us and was very nice. The food was great, flavorful, not too spicy, thank God! Our server was not the greatest, however, Kio stepped in and made us feel welcomed. He recommended the sorrel rum punch and it was a hit. “I went to dinner last night for a late birthday dinner. To my surprise, there was a live band playing music and it was wonderful! They even played happy birthday, so it felt like a personal treat lol. The food was delicious and very filling. We ordered the Branzino, Ras & Pasta, Mango Chow and Sweet Plantains. Everything was delicious. We had a great hostess and waitress. The only reason I gave 4 stars for service was because they never brought out the appetizer that we ordered. But once we ate our entrees, we realized we didn't even need the appetizer because we were so stuffed lol. I will definitely be back and will be recommending this spot to others.“

“I walked in on a Saturday around 12pmto get oxtail and their customer service was amazing. I got oxtail, rice &peas with oxtail patty. They were both really good, the patty was very flaky and sweet. I sat to eat and the oxtail was really good , they used a balsamic rice and I loved every bite.

“The food was good, but they really need to do better about customer service. We had a party of Nine that wanted to dine-in. We were given no help only told us to put the table back after we moved them together ourselves to seat us. Luckily we dine in because we was missing a full order of Rasta pasta. My mom order okra and fish. We were missing the okra so they refunded me a dollar. As we were leaving the young lady approached me saying they gave her pumpkin that she didn’t order or want and asked for the dollar back. I was very surprised about that. As I said customer service was not up to standard.“

“I looove sally's. They truly never miss. The jerk veggie dumplings, amazing. The tostones, huge and crispy. That dressing the greens are tossed in? I'd eat straight greens everyday with whatever that is. Random, but I love their crushed ice. The curried chicken is my favorite but everything is honestly so good. Staff is always super cool and friendly and the music is amazing.

When friends visit from out of town our go to place is always Sally's - whether it's for dinks or a good meal, the quality and consistency is there and it's a neighborhood favorite for me.“

“The food was great at BunNan and the service was amazing with Race and Jimmy, they were so accommodating and brought out a candle and a great desert that was bread pudding with cremas drizzled over it!!!!! The food was so good, the plantain sliders, the Tassot rice bowl, the meat was moist, not dry and it was tender. Their secret sauce is definitely a hit and the carmelized onions were amazing. “This is THE spot. Jerk chicken is some of the best I've ever had. There's a good char that's smokey and flavorful without any bitterness. The spice is a warm heat with the right amount of sweet. Rice and peas cooked incredibly well, not dry at all. And the cabbage is perfectly tender not mushy. There patties are low-key solid. Curry Chicken is a bit better than the beef in my opinion opinion. But the crust on all is flakey and the filling is flavorful with good spice.

I've tried the fried chicken and macaroni both good but not worth getting. I just got for the jerk chicken platter and patties“

“We celebrated my mother’s 75th birthday with 40 guests at this chic restaurant back in April, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. I cannot stop thinking about how special this was for my mom. From start to finish, everything was seamless, and that was largely thanks to Kiara, the restaurant's event director. She was incredibly attentive, warm, and made sure every detail was just perfect.

Literally the most flavorful rice and peas I’ve ever had! Mac was tasty and well seasoned and the jerk chicken was the perfect blend of tang and spice. The food is consistently delicious and made to order — no food sitting out on a heater waiting for someone to order. I’ve had the jerk shrimp, curry shrimp roti, jerk salmon, and other items and the food is always fresh, tasty, and plentiful. They sell juices and cake which are also amazing. I’ve been going here once a week since the pandemic started and I’m always so excited to get my food. The owner is amazing and is dedicated to always providing five star service and food.“

We ordered the purse drink, which was definitely pricey, but huge and strong enough that we only needed one. The food is bursting with flavor and seasoning, true to its Trini roots. “We hosted an company dinner there. Very low key store frontage. Very chill atmosphere. Backyard area is pretty cool. Curry goat was very good. The wings were a little too salty for my blood pressure. Also they seemed a little dry. We paid for unlimited open bar but they cut us off without any warning. I get that they didn't want a bum rush but a last call or 5 minute heads up should have been announced. That's customary for bars that offer an unlimited drink option.“
