“Frankel’s came across my for you and I instantly started following them. Once I made it to NY, I made it a priority to check them out. Their pastrami egg & cheese is what caught my eye & I was not disappointed. Great spot. Definitely worth trying out when you’re in Brooklyn“

“Ive been coming to Jimmy's for as long as I can remember. I wish I went more often, but life gets in the way. The service is impeccable; everyone is friendly, and professional. The prices are fair and the food (all of the food) is phenomenal.“

“My favorite bagels in Brooklyn and I’ve tried dozens of spots. Not cheap but so worth the price. Wish they had a couple more chairs but it’s a small place. Staff is really nice too.
I highly recommend the pretzel bagel if you wanna switch things up.“

“Edith’s is right around the corner from my hair stylist, so I always treat myself after an appointment. The food is so good; I always try to get something new. My most recent visit, Lyla steered me toward the Turkey Hoagie, and it’s my new favorite sandwich. Thank you, Lyla!“

“I absolutely love it !!. As a native new Yorker who loves food its always been difficult to find and eat french food because as you know most french restaurants are pricy and need reservations I stumbled upon this place on my lunch break as I work nearby I got the Le parisian and it was phenomenal I love the price point ,staff and Overall expirence“

“Small cash only banh mi shop that offers other vietnamese snacks and appetizers. Cold cut sandwich (#1) was authentic, had a nice balance of veggies + meat and vietnamese coffee was also noteworthy. For the food price and quality, it was worth the visit and deserves a comparison to Thanh Da next time im in the neighborhood.“

“This place is a South Brooklyn staple. If you know you know. Best burgers, cheese fries and corn fritters. Old school vibe. Has parking lot and order pick up window.
Gets packed so come early. Lemonade is delicious! They are known for their roast beef sandwitches.“

“We read about these saucy sandwiches in the NY Times, and they definitely are worth the hype!
We had the pulled pork and Mexican cheese sandwiches drenched in sauce. Absolutely delicious!
The bread is apparently custom made just for Macario and the fillings are very flavorful. The chicharrones with guacamole were also fluffy and crispy. The staff are lovely and are happy to make suggestions.
Happy to have a new favorite sandwich place.“

“Steep prices but the sandwiches are extraordinary and the owner is a kind soul. The turkey is roasted in house and the softest juiciest I've ever had in a sandwich. By far the best gluten free roll I've had a sandwich on and no reaction to any cross contamination. We came here from across the country on our honeymoon and have found a place we'll be sure to come back to.“

“It's a very old fashioned place. I was the only black person in there when I walked in, but was treated just as wonderful as anyone else. Cash only, the register is extremely old. (I remember seeing a similar one at a diner in Long Island, but they renovated and stored the old one in the basement.)The parking lot holds about 8 to 10 cars. It's not plenty of parking, but at least you can park without worrying about the meter. The servers are awesome. They really seem to know their job. As soon as someone gets up they wipe the table and then seat whoever is next at a table. I got the roast beef sandwich with cheese and onions double dipped and cheese fries. I asked the server which should I order between the onions rings and cheese fries and he picked the cheese fries. The food was fantastic and much cheaper than all the other restaurants that sell french dip. French dip is simply a roast beef sandwich that you can dip in a sauce that has beef stock with some seasoning. The drinks come in a paper cup, unless it's beer (which is served in a mug). I suppose it's less dishes, but it just looks odd compared to how the rest of the meal is served on small plates. The price for the sandwich and the cheese fries with tax came up to less than $20. I'm not complaining, give them a try.“

“We hit up Katz’s Deli, and the sandwich? Fire. The guy making it was super cool and did a great job. But the people at the register? Not so much.
I had already tipped the guy who made my sandwich, but honestly, in the U.S., they’re always doing the most when it comes to tips. Like, you barely do anything and still expect 20% for some half-hearted service.
That being said, the pastrami sandwich was insane—definitely worth trying. Yeah, it’s $30, but it’s huge, so splitting it between two people works perfectly.

“Perhaps the best first-time service I've ever had at a place that serves sandwiches, and I've lived in Brooklyn since the 90s. The subs themselves are solid, not gonna blow your mind or anything but definitely the best in the area. The owner and workers there are all super friendly and welcoming, which is rare in nyc but I guess par for course in this family friendly area (maybe too much so, doesn't even feel like Brooklyn).
The ambiance is immaculate. Great place for kids and adults alike. Again, food ain't anything to write home about, but you'll never get let down from a sandwich from Sub Hub. Just wish their hours were better but if that's the price you gotta pay for excellent service I'm all for it!“

“Delicious fresh breakfast sandwich to order. Got eggs, spicy mayo, turkey bacon, cheddar, on ciabatta. Comes with sliced tomato and arugula, which is a perfect touch. Order include a hash brown fried to perfection and ketchup (thoughtful because I used it for my sandwich as well).“

“Taku Sando elevates the simple delight of a tamago sandwich to an art form. My online order of a tamago sando was prepared ahead of the expected time, a pleasant surprise indeed. The milk bread enveloping the filling was exceptionally soft, offering a delicate contrast to the subtly flavored, creamy tamago. This dish is a testament to the power of quality ingredients and culinary finesse. A must-try for those who appreciate refined simplicity.“

“Best egg and cheese sandwich I've had. The bread was soft and delicious. The cheese pull was amazing.
I went back later in the same day for the tuna sandwich and wasn't so impressed. Quite mid. I prefer Faiccos for a tuna sandwich.“
