“Good place I came here every day back when I lived there but customer service could be better. This nice disabled boy comes in often. Nobody helps him. Sad to know he’s been sleeping on floors at strangers apartments 6 years now. Someone needs to give him a house of his ow. When I lived in Brookyn I let him stay on my floor for a year until I moved and now I’m doing better with a higher paying job in Ohio. He doesn’t ask for anything just to sleep on floor at night then goes during day. I wanted to take him with me here but he said he can’t go so far away. but someone needs to do more to help this guy!“

“This is the best Starbucks in all of NYC. I absolutely love the crew here. Sean, Kevin, Adanna, (sorry if I misspelled) & crew are geniunely the BEST to ever do it. They truly make my day better. I'm a creature of habit and they are just so consistent, kind, attentive, fun and just incredible. I love this store! The people make such a difference.“

“This is more of a rant about the company itself not really the location that I picked.
it's a real damn shame that the company changed their policy on giving free ice water to customers on a really hot day. That's what you guys were known for and everyone loved it. Now you change the policy stating that you must buy something before you could get free water it's a ridiculous move on your part Your billion dollar company and you can't even give free water to people that can't afford to pay for Starbucks? You should be ashamed of yourself while you're sitting there and your AC and money all around you You take away a little opportunity that made you guys great away congratulations for being another money hungry company that does not give a shit about people but yourself.“

“This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. All the people here are so genuinely nice, it’s become a lovely place to relax and work, and chat with them. When my bracelet broke (a gift from my mother) Gianna worked with her manager and coworkers to help me find the missing beads - it broke just as they were closing but they had the beads there for me in the morning.“

“Excellent service! The staff here was incredibly polite and efficient. My lattes are always perfect. A million thanks to Noor, Lileth, Jesse & Andrew, and Mai (cant remember her name exactly :-( ) During a visit to this Starbucks I left my wallet there. 3 Days later it was still there with everything present and in tact. “I came on Red Cup Day 2025 to get my holiday drink and the red cup. The store was busier than usual but the team did an amazing job. They worked quickly and efficiently making drinks quickly and serving the customers. They were also very friendly despite how busy the store was. They definitely deserve a raise“

“The food was great. I got a burrito and a Mango Dragon Refresher and a cappuccino, but they messed up my drink by forgetting the whipped cream, and it took them quite a while to make me my drink. The atmosphere was nice, but im the morning, and after when people get out of work and school, it is mostly crowded but not that busy, and it goes by fast if you are just ordering to do takeout.“

“I recently visited Starbucks and had the pleasure of being served by Nelson, who made me the most delicious caramel frappe I've ever tasted. From the moment I walked in, Nelson's warm and friendly demeanor set a positive tone for my visit.

The caramel frappe itself was a masterpiece. The blend was perfectly smooth, with just the right balance of rich coffee flavor and creamy texture. The caramel was not overpowering but added a delightful sweetness that made each sip more enjoyable than the last. Nelson's attention to detail was evident, from the beautifully whipped cream on top to the drizzle of caramel sauce that added a perfect finishing touch.

“I finally tried the iced pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks for the very first time, and wow—I totally get why it’s such a fall staple! 🎃☕ It’s sweet, creamy, and has just the right hint of spice without being too strong. “I placed a mobile order through the Starbucks app for a **grande latte with blonde espresso, oat milk, and a triple shot**. I’ve been drinking this coffee for the past six months, so I know exactly how it’s supposed to taste.

However, the drink I received was made with **regular milk, regular espresso, and without the extra shot**. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until I was already on the subway and couldn’t return to the store to have it remade.

I’m really disappointed, as this isn’t the drink I ordered.“

“This is a great location. The decor is nice and comfortable and the food and drinks are great. Theres also a bathroom. One complaint though, got a refresher at this location and they didn’t put the dried pieces of fruit in it. Please understand that this is integral to the drink, so if you’re out of these fruit pieces note it in the app and I’ll order something else. Thank you!“

“LOVE THE WHOLE STAFF, specially John, Tameka, Chanelle, Brianna and the 2 white girls, lol. I don’t remember their names. Everyone is always polite and fast. I’ve come mornings and evenings and while I’m not familiar with the evening staff, they’re polite and always a warm greeting as well. Some of the regulars, Tameka, Chanelle are no longer there but even the new staff are pleasant. Love them.“

“Just wanted to highlight wonderful employees. The customer service that I received today from 2 employee here turned around my morning.
The location for my mobile order was wrong after walking to 2 locations they were able to help here. Her name was shenel (I didn’t get the other persons name) and you can expect great service with every visit.“

“I wanted the iced cinnamon dolce drink but on the app it was saying “sold out”. Went in, and Amanda confirmed they have it in stock. I was so happy. I was like a kid in a candy store. I thanked her so much. Such a cool person. And the other gentleman, I forgot his name I think it was Kevin he has tattoos. We interacted, engaged in conversation about tattoos. “I visit this location pretty often and never experienced a bad service. All baristas are always polite and nice, ordering online was no problem either. Yes, during rush hour, ofc, your coffee won't be prepared right away, but in most cases, while I walked 7 minutes from home to the coffee shop, my coffee was already waiting for me at the counter.“

“I came to Brooklyn as a Canadian and I just wanted to say the Starbucks workers here are way friendlier than the ones back home or maybe I just had a good experience at this specific Starbucks one of the workers I don’t know his name, he’s a black young man with dreadlocks and tattoos is so cute and friendly he was talking to my sons and making jokes with them, and I wanted to come on here and hopefully he sees this but thank you you made my sons day and he’s fast and made our drinks less than 5 min and they were made with love. Very handsome and nice young man , hopefully he gets a raise.“

My order was finished in a timely manner considering how busy it was when I wanted Starbucks. I recently moved to this area so I am excited to make this my go to Starbucks stop.“

“You have one of the cleanest and nicest Starbucks locations I’ve been to. I asked for a small favor at the order desk — an iced Americano with ice to the top, the shot over the ice, then water to fill — and while waiting, I watched Mel prepare it. She read the order sheet perfectly and made the drink with such care and precision. I honestly thought, “She must be the manager, or at least someone who would make an excellent one.” Great job, Mel.“

“I don’t live nearby but have been there twice in the last month with my granddaughters aged 6 and 9. We stop for a snack after shopping before heading home. On both occasions the young women at the register were super friendly and kind. Just hoping the management will see this!“

“There is a very big parking lot next to this place and easily you can reach there in and out for the highway. There are other shops and restaurants next to it like best buy, target kohls, five guys and .. they are very fast in providing the service. The only thing is that during covid you cant sit inside the place and you can not sit outside as there are not places available. In the morning you can smell the bacon being prepared in the area but not an important thing. It is a quick grab anywys“

“This Starbucks location is hit or miss. The last time I went there they were really nice and gave us free cake pops because they were closing. But, the other time I went there, it took half an hour for two simple drinks that were messed up. The staff was very unprofessional. But I am glad they fixed themselves.“

Baristas like Redry, Ashley, and many others always made my visits extra special, and I hope they and the manager are supported in finding roles at nearby stores if that’s what they want. This location had so much potential and could have aligned beautifully with CEO Brian Niccol’s mission. A refresh with comfortable furniture and a more inviting setup might have attracted even more customers. What I’ll remember most is the genuine warmth and hospitality of the team—they will truly be missed.“

“I went to a Starbucks down the block and they made my drink the wrong way. I was on my way to the bank and came across this Starbucks and explained the situation. The Barista Johnathan offered to remake my drink. His excellent customer service, attention to detail and great attitude will be one of the reasons I return. Great workers really make a difference and I loved seeing his leadership.“

“Usually the place is just ok but I wanted to leave a compliment for the lady who was working at 8:40am on 12/1/2023. For some reason during this rush hour she was all by herself making drinks, food, and at the cashier. Of course the wait was long but she was the most efficient, hardworking and friendliest Starbucks barista i have ever met in NY.“

“Nice location.The baristas are nice, tables are clean, and food and drinks are ready fast. The music is a little loud at this location, but it’s still pretty comfortable and there’s a bathroom unlike other locations in the city. They also fill up cups properly and always add chunks of dried fruit in refreshers unlike other locations that sometimes skip that step. If they make a mistake with your drink they fix it without an attitude. There’s a nice mural on the wall too. I’ve frequented this location a lot and it’s really great. Shoutout to the team there! Please bring back the blackberry sage refresher and the pineapple dragonfruit one. They were so good. Mango dragonfruit is mid and strawberry açaí has been here forever. Not really a fan of these pop-in-mouth pearls in the summer drink. Looking forward to the next refresher.“

“Yes, there are rude and unkind baristas there - I will not deny that. HOWEVER, there are amazing ones. Mia and Josh are both INCREDIBLE. So sweet and kind and polite and RESPECTFUL. Always smiling, doing their job quickly and efficiently, kind to their customers, etc. If you don't like something, they will make sure to make it right for you. They always try their best. They treat you like people. I have become very good friends with them. It's always a pleasure seeing them. I am grateful for them. I honestly think they deserve a promotion and/or raise. “So...I got the falafel wrap.... honestly I thought it might be double the size...so it wasn't really worth it for me. I also ordered the pecan crunch latte, which was really yummy. The service was nice. When I ordered, I don't think the cashier heard me say iced pecan crunch latte and the barista immediately remade the order for me, when I told him I wanted an iced one. Hopefully one of them drank it or gave it to someone who wanted it, I was going to take it and would have hated if it was just poured out.
