“One of the best Starbucks in Brooklyn, the staff is attentive, cordial & professional. Nice atmosphere to meet with friends & family, a quick business meeting or some study! This location is conveniently located next to R train station and offer some of the longest business hours compared to other Starbucks close by. The store manger Ilisa is one of the best Starbucks managers you can meet in the city. Shout-out to some of the best baristas in NYC.. Victor, Jay, Demian, Josh, Cliff, Brittany, Kimmy, Miranda, Gabby, Nylah, Rhys, & Lucy.“

“Cool relaxing place, two guys with glasses and girl with glasses were friendly, gave us ice waters and we got to just hang out here for an hour and all we bought was apple juice. I had to charge my phone so it was very convenient. Thank you“

“Awesome place! Huge parking lot with electric charging stations in the area. Workers were super nice. The only place that actually had red cups left late at night, haha. I stood outside, super cold at the time but they can't control it. Also went during rush hour (bunch of cars in drive thru) so the people outside had to wait a bit but that's fair.

Kid-friendliness: Hot chocolates and small sizes available, lady in front asked from some apple juice and worker gave some. Bite sized foods, and pouches for babies.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp for none drive thru goers.“

“When I go to the Industrial City, I often order a coffee from this story. The store is located on the left side of the Costco and next to the Petco store.If they moved to the 2nd Avenue along the highway, I believe their business sales will be greatly improved.“

“This is a great Starbucks to go to whether you want to grab a quick treat or sit down and study. It’s never too crowded and plenty of people are out with their laptops using the WiFi. The drinks and staff are on parr with what Starbucks has to offer!“

“Have always had great experiences here! Nice baristas. Quick service. Beware though their A/C works very well (aka it can get cold). I saw a gender neutral restroom but have never used it so unsure if it’s open to public or just for staff (sorry!) also it’ll be temp closed per my attached photo. “I stopped by the Starbucks at 9th Street and 7th Avenue in Brooklyn for my favorite Matcha Crème Frappuccino, and it did not disappoint! The drink was perfectly blended and topped with just the right amount of whipped cream. The location was conveniently close to the 7th Avenue station, which made it easy to grab and go. The baristas were friendly and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for a quick caffeine fix!“

“This is one of the best locations I have ever visited. The food is yummy. I have too many favorites. The lattes are great, the refreshers are awesome , and the Frappuccino are great, too . The bakery section is good , from the croissant to the danishes , to the scones , to the breakfast sandwiches, to the cake pop and cookies all yummy treats. This is also one of the busiest locations that they have . Especially during the school week because everyone is heading here . From college students to middle students to people going to work and the people visiting the neighborhood as well. It gets packed really quickly, but you have a fast-paced team that works with you and gets your order to you quickly. Most of the time, I will order ahead in the app because I am on a timely basis.“

“This review has to do with the cup sleeves. Are you kidding me? They are paper thin. The coffee burn my hand. I had to hold the cup at the bottom until it cooled a little. I remember when these sleeves were twice the size they are now. Come on Starbucks, y'all should do better.“

“I recently visited Starbucks and had the pleasure of being served by Nelson, who made me the most delicious caramel frappe I've ever tasted. From the moment I walked in, Nelson's warm and friendly demeanor set a positive tone for my visit.

The caramel frappe itself was a masterpiece. The blend was perfectly smooth, with just the right balance of rich coffee flavor and creamy texture. The caramel was not overpowering but added a delightful sweetness that made each sip more enjoyable than the last. Nelson's attention to detail was evident, from the beautifully whipped cream on top to the drizzle of caramel sauce that added a perfect finishing touch.

“Friendly and meticulous (diligent) staff members!! Drinks are made quick despite the morning crowd. Also, the interior is well maintained with multiple seatings and power outlets. AC runs a bit cold but not a big deal.

The cardinal (important) rule for ordering from any Starbucks is to check if they have adequate seating. This location is quite spacious compared to the other smaller ones in NY.“

“For this Starbucks, the drink was on point. I ordered mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino. The cashier was quick, and the barista got my drink within 5 minutes. Inside the Starbucks feels like it's lacking a bit of space. Otherwise, it's good.“

“This location was well kept and within walking distance from the Margaritaville hotel. The facility was clean. I ordered my usual hot Chai Tea latte and a sausage, egg and cheese. My daughter had the Pink Drink. The food and latte were piping hot which I like. It tasted better than what I usually have in the states. There’s a nice dining area upstairs. I wasn’t able to connect to the WiFi and I believe there’s only one stall. The line was pretty long and there was no toilet tissue because I saw a patron grab some brown napkins and use that.“

“Usually the place is just ok but I wanted to leave a compliment for the lady who was working at 8:40am on 12/1/2023. For some reason during this rush hour she was all by herself making drinks, food, and at the cashier. Of course the wait was long but she was the most efficient, hardworking and friendliest Starbucks barista i have ever met in NY.“

“Needs a restroom for customers, staff are kind about it fortunately. I don’t know why there’s no restroom. This Starbucks is very small. One small room really. But always like 60 people at once. And needs to provide slightly better service.“

“I visit this location pretty often and never experienced a bad service. All baristas are always polite and nice, ordering online was no problem either. Yes, during rush hour, ofc, your coffee won't be prepared right away, but in most cases, while I walked 7 minutes from home to the coffee shop, my coffee was already waiting for me at the counter.“

“Small Starbucks on the corner. Perfect for taking a coffee to go while strolling through the parks along the Hudson River.

Unfortunately there is no customer toilet here!

“I don’t live nearby but have been there twice in the last month with my granddaughters aged 6 and 9. We stop for a snack after shopping before heading home. On both occasions the young women at the register were super friendly and kind. Just hoping the management will see this!“

“There is a very big parking lot next to this place and easily you can reach there in and out for the highway. There are other shops and restaurants next to it like best buy, target kohls, five guys and .. they are very fast in providing the service. The only thing is that during covid you cant sit inside the place and you can not sit outside as there are not places available. In the morning you can smell the bacon being prepared in the area but not an important thing. It is a quick grab anywys“

“I made my order online and the payment went through. Went to collect but one item was missing. I was disappointed but understood they had nothing to do with it. The server and cashier made sure I left with a huge smile on my face. Sometimes it's the small things and for that we should give thanks. Awesome job team.“

“This Starbucks location is hit or miss. The last time I went there they were really nice and gave us free cake pops because they were closing. But, the other time I went there, it took half an hour for two simple drinks that were messed up. The staff was very unprofessional. But I am glad they fixed themselves.“

“I came to Brooklyn as a Canadian and I just wanted to say the Starbucks workers here are way friendlier than the ones back home or maybe I just had a good experience at this specific Starbucks one of the workers I don’t know his name, he’s a black young man with dreadlocks and tattoos is so cute and friendly he was talking to my sons and making jokes with them, and I wanted to come on here and hopefully he sees this but thank you you made my sons day and he’s fast and made our drinks less than 5 min and they were made with love. “Went to drive through, three times each time the service was great. They described the coffee to me, now that the fall flavors are in ?. I also ordered a cake they warmed it up for me it tastes great, nice and warm. Since the service was fantastic, I will be coming back again.

“Frequently short staffed. On 2 separate days I placed an online order to pick up in the drive thru. After a 20min wait in drive thru I told it would be a longer wait and I could come in to pick up my beverage. This called for me to now have to find parking (which is limited) and come in to pick up my drink.“
