it's a real damn shame that the company changed their policy on giving free ice water to customers on a really hot day. That's what you guys were known for and everyone loved it. “I placed a mobile order through the Starbucks app for a **grande latte with blonde espresso, oat milk, and a triple shot**. I’ve been drinking this coffee for the past six months, so I know exactly how it’s supposed to taste.
However, the drink I received was made with **regular milk, regular espresso, and without the extra shot**. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until I was already on the subway and couldn’t return to the store to have it remade.

“This is a great location. The decor is nice and comfortable and the food and drinks are great. Theres also a bathroom. One complaint though, got a refresher at this location and they didn’t put the dried pieces of fruit in it. Please understand that this is integral to the drink, so if you’re out of these fruit pieces note it in the app and I’ll order something else. Thank you!“

“I visit this location pretty often and never experienced a bad service. All baristas are always polite and nice, ordering online was no problem either. Yes, during rush hour, ofc, your coffee won't be prepared right away, but in most cases, while I walked 7 minutes from home to the coffee shop, my coffee was already waiting for me at the counter.“

“There is a very big parking lot next to this place and easily you can reach there in and out for the highway. There are other shops and restaurants next to it like best buy, target kohls, five guys and .. they are very fast in providing the service. The only thing is that during covid you cant sit inside the place and you can not sit outside as there are not places available. The Barista Johnathan offered to remake my drink. His excellent customer service, attention to detail and great attitude will be one of the reasons I return. “Nice location.The baristas are nice, tables are clean, and food and drinks are ready fast. The music is a little loud at this location, but it’s still pretty comfortable and there’s a bathroom unlike other locations in the city. They also fill up cups properly and always add chunks of dried fruit in refreshers unlike other locations that sometimes skip that step. If they make a mistake with your drink they fix it without an attitude. There’s a nice mural on the wall too. I’ve frequented this location a lot and it’s really great. Shoutout to the team there! Please bring back the blackberry sage refresher and the pineapple dragonfruit one. They were so good. Mango dragonfruit is mid and strawberry açaí has been here forever. Not really a fan of these pop-in-mouth pearls in the summer drink. Looking forward to the next refresher.“

Always smiling, doing their job quickly and efficiently, kind to their customers, etc. If you don't like something, they will make sure to make it right for you. They always try their best. They treat you like people. I have become very good friends with them. It's always a pleasure seeing them. I am grateful for them. I honestly think they deserve a promotion and/or raise. “So...I got the falafel wrap.... honestly I thought it might be double the size...so it wasn't really worth it for me. I also ordered the pecan crunch latte, which was really yummy. The service was nice. When I ordered, I don't think the cashier heard me say iced pecan crunch latte and the barista immediately remade the order for me, when I told him I wanted an iced one. Hopefully one of them drank it or gave it to someone who wanted it, I was going to take it and would have hated if it was just poured out.

“Good place I came here every day back when I lived there but customer service could be better. This nice disabled boy comes in often. Nobody helps him. Sad to know he’s been sleeping on floors at strangers apartments 6 years now. Someone needs to give him a house of his ow. When I lived in Brookyn I let him stay on my floor for a year until I moved and now I’m doing better with a higher paying job in Ohio. He doesn’t ask for anything just to sleep on floor at night then goes during day. I wanted to take him with me here but he said he can’t go so far away. but someone needs to do more to help this guy!“
