“Called during the dinner rush for take out, and they answered almost immediately. The courteous service was both helpful and knowledgeable. The wait was less than 20 minutes. I haven't eaten here in over 3 1/2 years, but these are things i had grown to expect back then, being there so much at that time. The food, however, was somewhat of a "quiet storm", perhaps ending in a rainbow; executed with a clear intensity of passion. An aptly inspired, late summer, beet and goat cheese salad with grilled chicken and balsamic vinaigrette followed by a lovingly prepared and timeless blueberry crisp. I can't eat too much sugar, so i avoided the vanilla ice cream. It was delicious, fresh, and casual yet elevated; it hit the spot. Quite a serendipitous solution to my neglected and growing hunger was set off like a wildfire upon first glance at the Facebook specials page. I literally could not resist. Bravo, Chef. You delivered. Ty.“

The Chai Lattes were as yummy as the omelette. The bathrooms were clean. I'd recommend checking on the tp throughout the day. “We came in on a busy Friday evening (10/25). The place was packed. We were seated right away and watched as plates were quickly being brought out of the kitchen. Our own food arrived very quick. It was so hot and fresh. I’ve been to other Tully’s locations but have never experienced such quick service with the food still being steaming hot. Our waitress was attentive and kept stopping by to check in on us. We were in and out in under an hour. My husband loved his bacon ranch chicken sandwich and said the macaroni salad was very good. The chicken wing dip and mozzarella sticks are some of our favorite things here.“

Also, they refused to refill my child's drink and that was very rude and I was very hurt for my daughter and that pushed me to express my worse experienced so far with this restaurant involving with their servers attitude.“

“I've only had a handful of poor experiences here since the day they opened the (original) restaurant. I ordered the tuna sandwich as a melt, never had an issue before. this time, they (Tiffany) told me since I asked for it as a melt it would be $3.75 for a piece of lettuce on it, and another $3.75 for a tomato slice on each half of the melt. Both of which come on the tuna sandwich which is what's on the menu. (One would think they would only charge for the cheese, since it was asked for as a melt) The greek potatoes were over cooked mush, and I ended up taking them home, only to throw them out. Disappointing overall experience.“

“good food. you must speak slow when ordering by phone. had bad reception or something. my order was wrong but delicious. good thing I'm just part time vegetarian because I thought the paneer tasted like chicken. I don't want to talk about the naan problem , the pain and suffering was great the next day because I had to walk all the way to opposite ends of store for nàan then milk to properly enjoy my meal. I have numb leg so just a little upset. also I had to eat food once with spoon. didn't mind. “Was heading somewhere to watch the Bills game and as I drove past Leo's I saw a friends car, so I figured to check it out. My wife and were lucky to get a couple of bar spots. The bartender Niccole was fabulous, she told us about specials, was very accommodating on drink suggestions. It seemed like most of the crowd were regulars as she knew their names, however she treated us like regulars that have been stopping there forever, constantly checking on us to see if everything was okay. With a full bar she still was stocking beers and making sure everyone was happy. Just want to say that Niccole is a great asset to your business. I will watch a game there again in the future.“
