“We reached out to The Hollow just a few days before our Celebration of Life event and they were very responsive and willing to host us on a day that they were normally closed. They set up a wonderful buffet and attended to our needs throughout the event. There was an abundance of food and it was delicious. We were so pleased that we could spend time with family without worrying about a thing.“

“I knew this would be a great place to take some friends who had never been to Texas before and wanted to experience non-chain Tex-Mex. The neighborhood, building, decor, staff and quality of food was perfect. However, the mirachi band is too much. Way too loud. It doesn't need to be so loud. It was if the horns had to prove they could play loudly. I get it, when a mirachi band is playing you don't have conversation, but wow, it doesn't have to be so overwhelming. We will go back. Great place!“

“This has become my go to lunch place. The bowls are VERY large considering the price. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. I can have my bowl created and be out the door often times in less than 5 minutes. The staff is very chill. I have been coming here 2 - 3 times a week now because it just makes sense!“

“I love coming here during sports games as there is about 30 TVs viewable from any seat. The chicken tenders are great and Im a suckered for the giant mountain melt burger! “This place is busy for a reason. First time visit for dinner. We ordered sushi and sashimi pieces. The raw fish and seafood was top notch. Beautiful presentation and priced relatively well. The Jalapeño yellow fin app was amazing; we ordered a second one!

Downsides were, the waitress seemed to not know the drink menu well. I asked for the sparkling sake and she questioned it several times until finally saying we dont have it. We also waited for a long time for a meal to come out.

I would still visit again despite these setbacks.“

“Stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday when burgers are discounted. I got a Breakfast at Tiffany’s burger which hit the spot. Not the best burger in the world, but still a good burger. Fries were good and the beer was even better. Great service and nice atmosphere.“

“I've only had a handful of poor experiences here since the day they opened the (original) restaurant. I ordered the tuna sandwich as a melt, never had an issue before. this time, they (Tiffany) told me since I asked for it as a melt it would be $3.75 for a piece of lettuce on it, and another $3.75 for a tomato slice on each half of the melt. Both of which come on the tuna sandwich which is what's on the menu. (One would think they would only charge for the cheese, since it was asked for as a melt) The greek potatoes were over cooked mush, and I ended up taking them home, only to throw them out. Disappointing overall experience.“

“Stopped into The Rock Kitchen in East Amherst on a cold, rainy night and found the perfect cozy spot! Warm comfort food. Help yourself popcorn, good lobster roll, and the fried green tomato and mozzarella caprese stack were great options. Quick, friendly service and a local crowd at the bar. “Their food is great and that is why I dine in here almost everyday but terrible service with their new servers who provides you with a rush service and accussed me to be very demanding and picky when I only asked to honor the price that they advertised on their lunch menu. Their lunch supposed to come with a soup or a choice of fresh or fried spring roll but the server who took my order charged me with the dinner price and the soup as well so I questioned that but both servers retaliated and told me that it was past lunch time hours when they handed me my check so they can't changed the price although I ordered my food during lunch time hours and from the lunch menu. I'm their regular customer so I know abbout it for few years now. Also, they refused to refill my child's drink and that was very rude and I was very hurt for my daughter and that pushed me to express my worse experienced so far with this restaurant involving with their servers attitude.“

“My company just ordered pizza and wings yesterday for our Christmas party and we were very pleased with everything.

I want to specially thank their manager and employees for their time and customer service. I should've listened to the manager's recommendation for what to order given the size of our group. I ended up having to modify the order and the manager went out of her way to make sure the charge was adjusted properly. The restaurant was also able to accommodate our requested delivery time as well.

I don't want to talk about the naan problem , the pain and suffering was great the next day because I had to walk all the way to opposite ends of store for nàan then milk to properly enjoy my meal. I have numb leg so just a little upset. also I had to eat food once with spoon. didn't mind.
