“The rome store is doing the lunch buffet again! I love pizza hut and I have some good luck at both the new Hartford and rome stores. The people working at both are actually awesome. I always enjoy just chatting with the workers while I'm waiting for my pizza they are so friendly at both spots especially compared to most places these days. Highly recommend both spots and the dinner box. Such a good deal. Just make sure u switch out the cinnamon sticks for bread sticks. The cinnamon sticks and cinnbuns are horrible so I guess that's my only complaint but they will sub out items no problem and anytime I had a issue they replaced my whole order or gave me a credit next time but that's very rare and we get pizza hut often. I miss the one in onieda

Parking: U will never have a issue parking here plus it seems pretty new the parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Has crayon and a coloring page thing for kids and the pan pizza is perfect for the little ones I always loved it as a kid

But, but Yorkville NY, John the one who made my sandwich, the damn bomb. My dang 3 dollar taco looked and tasted like he respected the art of food.

“The manager is really disrespectful we need to learn how to talk to her customers properly when ordering food and the people in the bag have their pants hanging down to their knees I do not appreciate that I think this I think that's Burger King needs new employees and teach them way better manners and how to cook their food properly because orders were mixed up with other orders and some people didn't get no their food I had five customers come behind me not having the right food“

“Food was good and fresh... I went through the drive thru, so I cannot speak towards the conditions or atmosphere in the store... But the drive thru attendant was kind and efficient... Our Food was made and received in a quick manner... My fries were hot and fresh... The nuggets were warm but slightly on the old side... My boyfriend's burgers were made to his specifications... My mocha frappe was great... But with all that we ordered for food, we only received one napkin... Also never got the barbeque sauce I wanted for the nuggets...

“This was my first time at this location but I’ve had Jimmy John’s more than once before at a different location. I’m from Oswego county and used to go to Jimmy John’s in Syracuse but unfortunately all the locations in Syracuse have closed. My son wanted the Picklewich which was our reason for the long drive out here and he said it tasted great with the pickled chips! Also got 2 of the new smoked bourbon cheddar Turkey subs for my husband and myself and they also tasted great!! Staff was friendly too.

Parking: It’s a normal free paved parking lot. Was not busy but we went on a Sunday so maybe that’s why.

Kid-friendliness: It’s a casual sit down restaurant. They have chips cookies and fountain drinks that kids like. I think they might also have a kids menu (not sure). They do offer smaller sized subs also.“
