“Copiague Dunkin’ Donuts in the evening is horrible! Employees speak Spanish and speak their native language in front of customers talking about them! Once I had to walk behind counter to ASK for service NOBODY answered my call for assistance and they looked at me like I had two heads for walking in back!!! They also didn’t honor me with a free cup of coffee on Tuesday for nurses day!!! It’s a national chain that does this for nurses after 9-11 but not copiague dunkin. Take your business to another Dunkin in evenings just saying. Also the price of the little ice cream cake was $37 walk across the street to carvel same cake $17 less than Dunkin/Baskin Robbin’s“

When I called to place order they were so helpful and offered some great ideas! On morning of pick up they were extremely busy but still friendly and efficient and even helped bring stuff to my car. The manager at this Dunkin Donuts not only cared enough to listen to my request, he made the drink PERFECT. I worked for Dunkin Donuts for about a year and it's like I made it myself.

“Every time I visit New York I stop by my favorite Dunkin Donuts shop in Long Island, the Hicksville Station Dunkin. This place is 24/7 and it's always reliable when I come back late from the city or just before and after visiting family.

The staff here work hard and this location being near the LIRR Station makes it a stop for all kinds of visitors. I've seen the staff deal with drunk, homeless, and sometimes even dangerous customers - yet they still keep as much professionality and service as they can.

My orders always came out correct and I always enjoy my time here, even after 10+ years. Keep up the good work guys. And to all my fellow guests: The staff here have to deal with a lot. The location is open all day and night and the staff deal with some of the worst personalities from alcoholics to drugged up homeless to random pranksters and even gang members. Please cut them some slack, the area is a literal subway.“

“The regular coffee is really good when compared to most other places. This is particularly true when you compare Tim Hortons to Duncan Donuts and Starbucks. Duncan tastes very mild. Starbucks tastes like a mild espresso. Perhaps it's just me and my taste preference. In any case, I prefer Tim Hortons coffee and I like the fact that you can gas up at a reasonable price, get coffee, donuts or other snacks all in one place. In short, Tim Hortons is a much better place to visit than 7Eleven.“

“Service is wonderful. They are patient as my very young daughter places her order, providing choices for any items that may be out. This, even on a busy Sunday, after chirch! There is a particularly lovely young lady who works Sunday mornings at the register. She is friendly and welcoming to my girls, even as I encourage my girls to place their own orders without my assistance. The service is what helped this Levittown location make its way into our Sunday routine!“

“Overnight shift staff is amazing! During the day can be dicey. Need to stop hiring the teenagers who only care about hooking up with fellow employees or customers online. Also, daytime they get a bit messy with their drinks and you're handed a sticky cup. The two gentlemen at night midnight and on are EXCELLENT!!!! They need a raise, bonus' or whatever.. Just don't let them leave.. lol.. Food has been good too“
