“Cornwall staple of NY style pizza. I used to go here as a kid with my buddies, get a slice and play video games in the back. They took the games out, but it still has the same feel as back then. We enjoyed the white slice and Margherita, garlic knots and calzone. The place is family owned and very friendly/attentive service. They even deliver nationally, my wife has had it delivered to us in Oklahoma multiple times!“

“They do have tables inside (no servers) but it's mostly all takeout, and very busy nonetheless. I ate in after ordering and while there was never a line, there was a steady stream of pick up orders. Food was really fresh and delicious nd a huge portion. Service was quick and friendly. Prices online don't match but I'll upload pics of the menu“

“My daughter loves this place and encouraged my husband and I to go. My husband ordered the salmon bowl and we ordered the glass noodle sesame one. An honest mistake was made on my daughters and my husbands had sesame seeds that was not noted in description and he should not eat. I never send anything back and felt weird doing it but went up to a woman at the bar and who was so nice about it and made two new bowls immediately. The young man was so kind about it as well. The food is so healthy and tasty. I had the best green tea next door I have ever had and I drink green tea every day. We will be back. What a beautiful spot and great staff“

“I ate here a couple days ago while on vacation and everyone loved it. Big servings and low cost. Great atmosphere and very friendly owners and staff. Most of my group had been here several times. I can't wait to get back. I got the I-84 garden salad with house dressing. It was the perfect meal for me. Excellent dressing and veges.“

“Dined here with my family tonight for the first time and we ALL loved everything about Hudson Taco. We started with a large order of guacamole that was really good followed by many tacos, two bowls, street corn, a side of beans and a side of fried plantains. “First time trying Sri Lankan food — and I did not expect to have this kind of experience in Beacon, NY! From the outside, it feels like you’re walking into someone’s home, and the inside has that same cozy vibe.

We came on a Sunday around 1 p.m. after hiking for some fall foliage and were happy to find seats available. There was just one person taking orders, so it took about 5–6 minutes to place ours, but that gave us time to really look over the menu.
Here’s what we tried:
* Appetizer Sampler – 2 fried fish balls, 2 spring rolls, and 2 small veggie samosas. (7/10)
* Deviled Pork – Must try! Perfectly crisp edges with a slightly chewy texture, full of flavor — sweet, savory, not greasy — all over fluffy yellow rice. Absolutely delicious and not that spicy. (10/10)
* Hopper with Goat – The hopper itself was so interesting! It’s a thin, bowl-shaped pancake to pair with the goat. (8/10)
* Sri Lankan Tea with Milk – As a milk tea lover, I was so happy. The ginger and spice blend gave it such warmth, and they even serve it with a piece of brown rock sugar if you want it sweeter. (10/10)
* Watalappan – A spiced coconut flan with cashews for crunch — rich, fragrant, and perfectly balanced. (10/10)
* Kiri Peni – High-quality yogurt drizzled with a light sweet syrup — simple but so good. (9/10)
The food came out fairly quickly, and we were done by 2 p.m. The portions are on the smaller side, but with an appetizer, entrée, and dessert, we left feeling satisfied and not bloated. This makes sense since they take pride in using just spices to cook without oil.

Prices are a bit high for the portion size, but I would still consider it a gem in Beacon. I’d definitely come back to try more entrées in the future and check out a spot in the city!

Evan was always there to help from the begining of the planning and right up to the end. even when our orginal date had to be cancelled and eventually rebooked for a year later. The venue. Authentic Revolutionary War Era Inn setting with phenomenal dinner menu for Thanksgiving. 4 of us came here for Thanksgiving- my wife, me and her parents, we all got something different and this place did not disappoint on anything. The chateubriand filet mignon and New Zealand rack of lamb were on point in every way. The side vegetables- the sweet potatoes, the stuffing, the arugula, the green beans, and the carrots were all perfectly cooked to an optimome composition and coloring. The popovers were a nice throwback a little dry but the strawberry butter more than made up for them. The dessert the Belgian chocolate mousse was impeccable. The overall ambiance and atmosphere of this place was very Yankee in a great way, it reminded me of Olde New England Inns and Taverns. Pricing wise it was not the most economical menu but doing Thanksgiving at home with guests wouldn’t have been cheaper. I definitely recommend anyone slightly interested in a place like this come here as they will fully enjoy. We did not reside here but if their hotel accommodations are on par with their dining accommodations, you will get what you pay for and then some.“

“So im only giving it a 4 star because I havent tried everything just yet but my favorite roll is here and it was only at one other place and it was because the guy who made it, made the menu here. I was thrilled they had my favorite roll here because the other place isnt open anymore:( the sushi here is delicious here. Although I think it needs a little more tightening with the sushi rolls, the sushi is fantastic. Volcano roll specifically. Absolutely delicious. Thats my favorite roll I mentioned earlier. The way they torch the spicy mayo and pour it over the sushi literally makes it melt in your mouth. There is also one waiter id love to give a shout out to and his name is Sergio. Fantastic service by him both times ive had him and is great at what he does. Ask for Sergio to serve you!! Anyways. Sushi here is fantastic and I will be coming here more :) oh!
