“Visited on Wednesday night to celebrate mine and my husbands wedding that day and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by lovely friendly staff. We were seated quickly and were introduced to our server. The atmosphere was amazing and the food was fantastic. We opted for the Korean bacon to start and we both had the butchers feast. Outstanding. The steak was beautiful and the dishes that came with it were amazing too. The short rib and egg soufflé were my favourite. Thank you for letting us celebrate our wedding day in your restaurant.“

“Great for what it is - always keen and willing to get you fed in time for your flight! I fly to the UK a few times a year and this place is my dinner spot. The creamy linguine with scampi is my go to.

“This place is dope, good DJs, food is sooo good, owners are amazing. We did the brunch & The waiter seemed overwhelmed & wasn’t happy when I kept asking for another drink but it was busy. The bartender was the absolute best, such a vibe here we stayed all day and had dinner. This dinner I’ll be dreaming of it, it was sooo goood omg. They served steak on a salt block I never had anything like it so so so amazing.“

“Parking wasn't as bad as I expected for the area, that's one of the main things for me. Dinner was good, that was expected. We ordered an egg roll appetizer, shrimp, thi k cut bacon sloves, a few different cuts of steak, salads, mashed potatoes, and creamed spinach. Bacon was impressive but there was nothing bad on the table. Staff was very friendly and pleasant.“

“STOP LOOKING FOR PLACES TO EAT AND GO HERE!!! This is not my first review and it won’t be my last because this place deserves it. Anytime I’m in New York I always come here. I usually go to the Times Square location yet was in midtown so decided to try this one and it didn’t miss!! I experienced the same exceptional service, perfect steak, delicious food and the ambiance here is even better. The inside is absolutely beautiful and such a vibe!! I can’t recommend this place enough! Go, go and go again like me!!“

“Our server Heron Gutierrez was excellent. My mother and I came down for a nice dinner. The lobster bisque was exquisite, and our entrées which were a sliced filet and beef tenderloin with twin lobster tails was to die for. Heron made the experience that much better. Thanks for everything, and never disappointed with the Capital Grille.“

“I went here for my wife’s birthday. I heard it was a nice place , but I was not expecting it to be such a nice experience. From the smiles that greeted you when you walk in to the delightful atmosphere to the delicious food this place is a 10/10 in every single area!!!! The servers, waiters , chef, owner are all so nice and easy !! I have never had such a nice experience like I did here!! (And it’s really well priced) definitely recommend!!“

“Came here because of the history with organized crime. Service was outstanding! I don't remember our servers name but he was from Colombia and did a great job! We ate late and had kids dining with us. Awesome recommendations and table side service. My 6 year old who is incredibly picky devoured the prime sirloin! Definitely recommend!!“

“BLT steak was one of my favorite places to have a good steak before the original one on 57th closed down. Wasn't sure what to make of Prime: It was solid but not spectacular.
The popovers are always delicious.
I was a little disappointed with the amuse bouche though, as it is the same one that they've served since BlT Steak opened all those years ago.
We got the wagyu picanha and the cowboy ribeye. The picanha was tender and the chimichurri added a brightness that balanced the fattiness of the wagyu. I was disappointed in the ribeye...it was supposed to be aged but didn't taste like it. And it wasn't nearly as tender as I thought it would be even though I got it rare (how I usually like my steaks).“

“We dined here for our last night in New York, and were so glad we did. The food was outstanding, steaks cooked as requested, sides of Steakhouse fries, sauteed broccoli and mushrooms were perfectly delicious accompaniments. Our waiter was very pleasant and happy to make suggestions or recommendations. All staff were courteous and welcoming. We would be very happy to recommend and would definitely visit again.“

“Been a Benjamin customer a long time. Food always good, sides well portioned. Sometimes service is bit lacking. Tonight there was a major synchronization issues between the Bar and the kitchen. Our starter drinks came out well after out appetizers were brought to the table. By which time I would have expected to be on a smooth Pinot. The timing was off the rest of the meal. My wine never came. The Benjamin been a great consistent performer for year. I hope they can fix this stuff. I will let you all know after our next visit.“

“This was my 2nd visit. The 1st was my birthday in January where my waiter was exceptional. Yesterday upon leaving and to pay the bill, the manager said to me, 'Thank you for coming back." I'm stunned he remembered me. He then tells my waiter, "Bring her a birthday shot." I drank the shot, thanked them for the special treatment and departed. When my friend comes to visit next month, I will take her there.“
