“I was reluctant to eat here because the sanitation is rated a B (which most restaurants in this area have). I wish I ate here sooner, I live very close.

I ordered 2 chicken tinga tacos. The wait was short and the server was friendly. The portions are generous and the red sauce is spicy! I only needed a few drops. The radish, onions and cilantro are fresh and crisp.

I prefer corn tortillas but the taco was great and tasted very authentic. I’ll be back soon“

“I’ve never felt more at home in a restaurant than Deser B. And his team made me feel tonight. He was the most authenticly kind and hospitable person I’ve met in New York and needs to be promoted to running all of the stores the way he runs this one.
This was the most authentic Mexican taco in north America. Corn tortillas made in House for each order fresh. I tried all of the protein sources and every single one of them slapped. 20 out of 5 stars. I mean if you don’t go here while you are in town you are crazy.

And just like these taqueria in NY that try to mimic the look is there but the flavor cannot seem to get it right. These tacos are 3.5, although I cannot give it in my review it’s not deserving a 4 but mediocre is not by any measure and definitely does not deserve a 3. It falls in a 3.5 category. It’s not that the flavor is bad, it’s more that I don’t taste the authenticity. The salsas were weak and the biggest saving grace of this taco spot is its tortillas, which are definitely delicious.
