“I was reluctant to eat here because the sanitation is rated a B (which most restaurants in this area have). I wish I ate here sooner, I live very close.

I ordered 2 chicken tinga tacos. The wait was short and the server was friendly. The portions are generous and the red sauce is spicy! I only needed a few drops. The radish, onions and cilantro are fresh and crisp.

I prefer corn tortillas but the taco was great and tasted very authentic. I’ll be back soon“

“This place is amazing but it isn't like *chef kiss* sadly , I do enjoy this taco place because it's the taco place that actually is open at night and is somewhat close to the 7 train also[it does take a bit to walk back to the seven train but you get the idea.] There are plenty of tables and chairs most of the tables having four seats. This place is family friendly and had a lot of foods to choose from.“

“I’ve never felt more at home in a restaurant than Deser B. And his team made me feel tonight. He was the most authenticly kind and hospitable person I’ve met in New York and needs to be promoted to running all of the stores the way he runs this one.
This was the most authentic Mexican taco in north America. Corn tortillas made in House for each order fresh. I tried all of the protein sources and every single one of them slapped. 20 out of 5 stars. I mean if you don’t go here while you are in town you are crazy.

The toppings and salsa were the best I’ve ever had. The tacos were ready in less than 1 min after I ordered. They are obsessed with being the best and it stands out“

“It's easy here to become desensitized to fantastic food when you live in Greenwich Village. But every simple meal at The Little Taco House is still magical. Order three or four tacos -- carnitas, chicken tinga, shrimp, and al pastor are the best, in that order -- with spicy salsa, and a tamarind Jaritos. Talk to (and tip!) the two kind, hard-working people behind the counter, and let them know you'd like your food to stay. Eat immediately, at the small metal chairs outside. Each bite will slow time just a little bit even though you are having an extremely efficient meal.“

“I went in wanting to hate on the place, being that it looks so new and bougie. I thought it was an Americanized place with high prices…. I had the fish taco, birria taco, esquites and birria soup (consome) with a tamarind water. I spent around $35 bucks - and after eating, I was sad to admit I LOVED everything about this restaurant. The tacos came out and the tortillas smelled like a tortilleria in Cuernavaca Mexico. Freshly made and I would assume made in house. I complimented the staff, tipped accordingly and brought my girl in to try it shortly after my first visit - & she agrees! (Ps:we’re both Mexican) sooo lo and behold we have our new favorite Mexican spot in the neighborhood. You have to try it! I’ve only gone in person, never delivery- love the freshness! Actually writing this review while heading in for another round.

“The tacos here were quite delicious. The trompo tacos, in particular, were amazing. The service and atmosphere were also pleasant, and it was not crowded during our visit. We also sampled the asada and zucchini tacos, which were enjoyable, but the trompo remained my personal favorite. This establishment certainly deserves greater recognition.“

Staff was friendly and attentive ensuring we had our drinks replenished and was clearing out our table with the finished dishes. The restaurant was cozy with dim lights and felt intimate. “The attention is kinda slow, you have to wait in line for a good amount of time to get 3 tacos, which are very good but not top tier birria tacos. I would try it again if I'm in the neighborhood but wouldn't commute just for birralandia as I did. There is also no nice park nearby to eat comfortably. Prices are good“

“Tacos Comal is following what every taco spot in Ny is trying to do; and that is to mimic the ever popular Tijuana style taco of course originating from its name sake and an ever popular option in California. And just like these taqueria in NY that try to mimic the look is there but the flavor cannot seem to get it right. These tacos are 3.5, although I cannot give it in my review it’s not deserving a 4 but mediocre is not by any measure and definitely does not deserve a 3. It falls in a 3.5 category. It’s not that the flavor is bad, it’s more that I don’t taste the authenticity. The salsas were weak and the biggest saving grace of this taco spot is its tortillas, which are definitely delicious.

If you’re looking for a good New York taco this is your spot! If you’re looking for an authentic Mexico or California taco they are to be found elsewhere.“

I had just finished a late workout and was heading to meet up with friends when I needed some food. I saw the food truck and stopped by. I ordered the Al pastor burrito because I was super hungry which was $13. He melted the cheese which to me is always the most important thing and the rest of the ingredients are fresh and the meat was delicious.“

“From a Mexican, these tacos are the real thing with the most authentic flavor you can get. The salsas were spicy and filled with flavor, the meat was tender, and the maíz tortillas are hand made on the spot making them fresh that with every bite your not just tasting the meat, you are tasting the taco as a whole. “I stopped in just for the tacos — and that’s all you really need to know. The al pastor taco is the star of the show: perfectly seasoned pork shaved right off the trompo, topped with pineapple, fresh onions, and cilantro, all wrapped in a handmade nixtamal tortilla that holds everything together like it was meant to.

It’s not the cheapest taco in NYC (around $5.75 each), but the quality backs up the price. The meat was juicy, not greasy, and the sweetness from the pineapple balanced the richness of the pork. Flavor-wise, it’s easily a 9 out of 10.

Didn’t try the burritos or other menu items, but the taco game here is strong. If you’re into real-deal tacos that remind you of a Mexico City street cart, this is worth the trip.

“Let me emphasize this, NOBODY and I do mean NOBODY, makes a delicious bowl the way Tacobees do. I live far and order with extra charges through Ubereats because it’s just that good and worth every penny. I get burritos the size of a tiny baby. I should know because I’ve had tiny humans before and those burritos are at least 2lbs or more lol.

The way the burritos and bowls are made, is just so good. They don’t skimp out on anything. It’ll be full to the absolute brim. Their queso and guac is hands down the best out of all other chains (Chipotle, Moe’s and Qdoba.) The steak and honey chicken is just chefs kiss. I love how my delivery is also always warm and the most important part, correct. They just get me and can take my check any weekend!“
