“Food is always amazing, and I will never stop going there, but one thing confuses me. Every time I order a gluten free meal for takeout, there is a giant hunk of bread in the bag. With the gluten free meal. After calling and indicating a gluten allergy. So my wife has to remove the bread and clean the container before I can eat. It's worth the trouble, but it seems like a no-brainer that when someone orders gluten free, there shouldn't be bread in the bag.“

I have to meet your driver 3 stories down at the front door because they will not come in the building to deliver/ your place is the restaurant in town that has this ridiculous idea of how to do business! It definitely affects me as to where I’m going to order from as I’m sure other tenants feel the same way.
Having said that - I think I just had the BEST meatball grinder that I’ve had in years.

My mom came recently from Serbia and i wanted to order a really good chicken parm with vodka sauce that i had a few weeks ago,but yesterday i received a chicken parm that was pretty dry and almost no vodka sauce. There are so many great and delicious choices between the specialty pizza slices, salads, and pasta and chicken dishes. Rocky and team has always gone above and beyond for us whenever we order out, dine in, cater for a party or host a party in the back. We've never had a bad meal here and highly recommend it.“

“Mezzaluna restaurant is a great place to visit. I live in South Carolina and when my wife and I travel to NY we always visit Mezzaluna several times a week. The food and service is always excellent as is our usual waiter, Nick. He is great at his job, very friendly, observant, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. “The best Sicilian in Putnam County. Crunchy bottom, soft and tasty inside. My husband and I get a whole pie, it’s the best fresh out of the oven, we eat two or three slices in the restaurant and take home the rest, freeze for lunches. Bring a devoted Sicilian slice customer I ventured out to a salad, not any salad, their Asian salad. Cold crisp romaine lettuce, crispy chow mein noodles, sliced almonds and mandarin oranges, and the best Asian dressing. Really a very enjoyable salad. A great place for good food and great staff.“
