“Last night at Cowfish Restaurant with my family was truly special. The service was amazing from start to finish. Our waitress, Gabby, was absolutely fantastic attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. I had a small issue with my salad and the manager Jason, came right over to the table. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was professional, accommodating. Thanks to Gabby and Jason, our evening was the best.!!!! We'll definitely be back!“

This man and his business lifelong accomplice, Chef Pete are the customer based/retail version of why and how I got into food. Fred, Pete, Sous/Exec Jorge, Brandon, and yes... even Justin taught me the lines and roles of each station in a restaurant. Honey, I was green and sad and super motivated. These guys rode me like white on fkn rice. Due to that whoo-hah, I can carry my own brigade and make a killing in the raw arena. Fred was a master at his craft 60ish years ago and still is - encouraging line cooks to expound and expand 20+ years down the line. forever grateful.“

“I want to rate this 3 stars out of 5. The food is amazing but customer service not that great. My family was in from out of state and wanted to get take out and I instantly thought about this place. my fiance got the food and came home and my order was missing the cheese on the burger. So, I unfortunately couldn't eat with my family and neither did my fiance because he had to eat his food while driving 20 minutes back to get my food fixed at the restaurant and then 20 minutes back. However, I would still recommend you guys to other people. I would just suggest checking your order before leaving“

“Had the pleasure of eating at the Greenport location. Two of my HS girlfriends and myself on moderately busy on Sunday (1012/24) at about 5:30. A young waiter named Brian was our server. We first ordered drinks, mine was the margarita with the pomegranate swirl. So delicious!! Refreshing and frosty! We shared the Mexican Street corn and the three dips with chips, which were freshly made. So fabulous! So tasty. The salsa, guacamole and queso were just perfect, each different but delicious!! The corn was sweet and flavorful. I had three tacos in hard shells. Fried chicken, fried shrimp and the marinated steak. Each one was different and very fresh. My one friend, is a vegetarian and the other is gluten intolerant BUT! They each found many yummy choices! I’ve been trying to get to this restaurant for several years, and finally the planets aligned! Brian was well trained, patient and informative with a good humor. The interior is bright, festive and clean. So much food, I could not finish all of it. And!! the restroom was clean! You should be very proud of this business! We will be back! Thank you!!“

“Capt. Phil and his team delivered an awesome beach party last night in Southampton. From appetizers to dessert everything was superb. Freshest clams ever, with Phill shucking non-stop for our guests. The lobster was good and the steak was excellent. Tables were beautifully set with lanterns and torches down the beach plus a giant bonfire! Best for me: they did EVERYTHING PERFECTLY, so we really got to socialize with our friends. Our guests were raving, (even our most jaded Hamptons friends). This was an event to remember and I will always be thankful to Capt. Phil and his extraordinary team!“

“Yesterday we had a girls day from work and went to get some lobster rolls. OMG 😲 it was the best of the best. We had a variety of lobster tacos, fritters, shrimp and fries, Cajun lobster rolls, lobster bisque. Everything was made to order, fresh and absolutely delicious 😋 💯. Worth the trip from Hempstead, NJ, Greenlawn and Mastic. Will go again.“

“Jan’s Chinese Food has the best Chinese food in the North Fork. They are known for “take out” dishes. Everything is very fresh, and perfectly prepared, with daily specials that are always a treat. Be sure to try their pineapple chicken, pad thai or Thai chicken, beef or shrimp with asparagus. Andy who runs Jan’s always has a smile on his face, so it’s a pleasure to do business with him.“

“very nice experience! we were a group of 8 who had a reservation for 4 pm but were early in Greenport so we decided to see if they could accomodate us earlier. And they did! thing that stood out was the great service! Our server Nicole was very upbeat, friendly and efficient. So were the others, the hostess, etc. who made it seem they were happy to work there. Food was OK and we were a bit disappointed because the band that was supposed to play canceled so there was no live music. But the service made it a very gratifying experience. looking forward to next time.“

“Looking for a good meal at a reasonable price in Southampton? Wait no longer!! This is primarily a fish market, but they have a take-out kitchen that prepares all sorts of great meals. The fish and chips (house made chips, not fries) with Cole slaw was a steal at its price as were the clam strips. A full range of typical fried/broiled seafood items are also available. The fresh fish looks great and they have enough grocery items so a quick seafood dinner can be made with the fish you just bought, as well a sauces and chowders. Has moved to the top of my list for places not to miss in town.“

“We had a great experience here. It had been a long time since our last visit, but we’re so glad we stopped in. Enjoying a quick bite on the dock with the kids made for a wonderful atmosphere, and the food was absolutely delicious.
