“I have been coming to this deli for years. Manny, Jose and the crew are all very friendly. Not only does the food have a better taste and quality than a lot of their competitors, but the personal greeting and touch makes them stand apart. Having owned a pizzeria in the past, the East Quogue Pizza & Deli makes a very flavorful pie. They will go out of their way to make it the way you want, which holds true for all of the food they cook and serve there.“

The service was wonderful and I can't say enough about the food. Large portions of beautifully prepared , delicious food. We ate more than we should have but it was too good to resist. The menu offers a variety of options to accommodate everyone's taste. Some of the items we had were the watermelon salad, the baked clams, the wild mushroom pappardelle, the roasted chicken and the crispy parmesan potatoes. For dessert we indulged in tiramisu, mini cannolis and cheesecake. There wasn't a single item that disappointed. It was well worth the drive east to Hampton Bays! We look forward to returning there again soon!!“

“I work just down the road from here and have been going there for lunch for years to get pizza.
They have the absolute best pizza in Riverhead.
My favorite is their grandma margherita slice, omg the fresh tomatoes and mozzarella, garlic and pesto drizzle is amazing!
Not to mention I can never eat a sausage and peppers slice again from anywhere else and enjoy it as much, they literally make sausage and peppers, sautéed garlic, tomatoes and onions with the pan sauce and put it on a deep dish pizza!
I rarely ever give reviews, I should have given this place one years ago.

“Had a wonderful dining experience tonight. Went for Mother’s Day dinner and it was perfect.This place is a HIDDEN GEM ? Definitely not your average pizza place. I felt like I was in a high end Italian restaurant. The food was authentic and abundant. The presentation was delightful and the service was warm and accommodating. I felt like I was with family. The menu has everything you could want and the food was fresh and made to perfection. I’m Italian so in my 58 years I’ve eaten a lot of Italian food, this was simply delicious, quality, fresh food made with love, and served with a smile. You can sense the pride in all of the employees as they worked seamlessly together to insure we had the best experience. The owner/chef Carlo even came out personally to make sure we were happy. I thoroughly enjoyed watching Tom, the pizza guy happily crafting his pies and greeting the customers at the counter with a warm smile and a friendly “hello”. The pizza looked amazing, and even though I was so full I found myself staring at it wishing I could grab a slice. Our waitress Dana was attentive, very sweet and completely delightful. She helped to make our night special. We drove 40 minutes to get there passing many other Italian places on the way and I would go back again tomorrow if I could. I will definitely be back. “We ordered the Chicken Picata from the catering menu, and it was delicious. The process of order was very easy, and the staff there was very accommodating, even though I picked the order up quite a bit after the scheduled time.
The people at our event loved it.
They said one tray feeds 12 people, but there were over 30 people at our party and plenty of leftovers from 2 trays.“

“Fantastic food - Uncle Joe is a local legend. I've been eating his food since the 80s. Uncle Joe's Veal and Stuffed Artichokes are the Best! Mushroom & Garlic Calzone with or without Ham..Garbage Pie Pizza... getting hungry! Try the Prixe Fixe in the dinning room, full bar, great food and plenty of it, great prices. Awesome Desserts..“

“Great local spot that recently changed hands after 40 years owned by another local in the neighborhood. Riverhead is underrated and soon the neighborhood by the train station will be restored and meanwhile enjoy the 2 pizza and drink special during the week.“

“The Spanish food is delicious. I love their cheese pizza it's my favorite.
Everything is always fresh hot and delicious.
If you speak Spanish you have to come here. They have a wonderful variety of Spanish food.
They have one table so you can eat there. But the few times I've been there I always take it to go.

Wheelchair accessibility: I believe so. It's in a small shopping area with other stores. They have handicapped parking and a ramp.“
