Especially the bartender Stephanie she’s become like a home away from home. She makes the best original drinks. She’s one of the best bartenders in Kingston and and one best bartender in Kingston award. Go to the Anchorage you won’t regret it!! 🍻🍀“

“What a gem of a place! I sat outside with some friends - we ordered inside and a server brought the drinks out. To my surprise they have cynar and were willing to make a cynar spritz! Delicious. I also tried the pineapple margarita, too. Refreshing. It's really cute inside.
Yet, this lovely night could have been a bad memory. Buzzing on good drinks, atmosphere and conversation, I left my (beloved, expensive) sunglasses behind...gasp! The staff not only rescued them, but were willing to make sure they made their way back to me. 10/10 for Stockade Tavern. Will come again and again.“

“I have to go back another couple of three times at least until I can get to taste it all. Mid-week and it was packed. A bit too loud for conversation but I don't talk with my mouth full of fabulous fresh made gluten free pizza, thick chewy crunchy crust ( not the frozen one every other place uses) whipped ricotta cheese and fresh basil. The house well is stocked with good choices. One note is that because of the crowds frozen cocktails are pre-made so you can't pick your rum.

“This is my favorite little spot, everyone is friendly, usually a low key place. 2 pool tables (quarters, $2 a game, nice diamond tables) and a small selection of food, but they never give us a hard time about ordering delivery there. OTB, Scratch off machine, and a covered picnic bench outside.“

“So many community members, businesses, friends & family, came together to support the Gribbon family in their recent renovation at the new location. The new High Falls Cafe is beautiful! It has the same welcoming atmosphere as its previous location, but this is so much better! Food and service are great, and they have been very busy since opening a few weeks ago. If you want to ensure that you can get a table, make a reservation in advance!“

I don’t drink alcohol but hubby thought their craft beers are top-notch, with Hurricane Kitty and Mother's Milk being my favorites. They also have live music events that make the place even more fun. “In town for a short visit with Friends and this spot was perfect. Since we were traveling with our dog we needed a spot with outdoor seating. The waitress was really nice and even brought our dog some water, and she was super patient with our party. Our group ordered a few items, including some drinks, and everything was good and filling. The atmosphere was really nice. Since it was later in the evening parking was free. The menu had a good selection of Gluten-free items. Chicken wrap, Stuffed Shrimp, Angus burger, pear slaw, fries. All very good.

“Wonderful lunch on the outdoor patio at Foster’s coach house. Hosts were welcoming and provided great service accommodating our large party - friendly and helpful - setting a stage for a relaxed and fun late afternoon birthday meal. Everyone in our group of 18 enjoyed Fosters - cold drinks, good service, and excellent food - from the Thanksgiving sandwich, French dip, to the cranberry walnut salad! The team at Fosters also sourced a delicious carrot cake 🎂!“

After asking the sweet clerk at Sam’s how your food was, we decided to have lunch on her suggestion. And we are so glad we did! The interior of the restaurant is very nice and it was so warm and cozy as we entered. Your staff were wonderful. We each had a drink… I had a Bellini and he chose a beer. Our server was nice enough to look up the brewery his beer was from for us too (nice added touch that he didn’t have to do) We started our meal with calamari. The breading was so delicious and not heavy and the pineapple dipping sauce was a tasty surprise. I ordered the hot chicken sandwich and he opted for steak. My chicken was the perfect blend of hot and sweet and so good. My husband’s steak was perfectly and we both enjoyed the horseradish sauce it was served with. Both served with your homemade shoestring fries. Both, so good! We had a lovely time sitting and conversing. Your waitstaff checking in just enough to make sure we were taken care of and not pushy to get us out. Overall we loved it! We can’t wait to come back in warm weather and try your outdoor seating. I wish I had gotten our servers name, as he deserves the kudos for being so pleasant!“

“I’ve struggled with finding really delicious wings in the area. It seems like Buffalo was the only place to go-until now. I was recommended to this place and I’m very happy with the quality of the wings. I had Thai and extra hot wings. The only thing is that the extra hot wasn’t hot at all to me. But that’s just me and that certainly doesn’t take away from the quality of the food and the excellent service. Next time I’ll just specify exactly how hot I want the wings. I highly recommend Hickory to anyone who is looking for delicious smoked food.“
