“First-time diners, in the area for a day hike to see the fall foliage. Entered very hungry. Saturday, middle of the afternoon. A few patrons seated at the bar; a few diners in the restaurant area. Greeted warmly by the bartender and seated immediately. College football on several monitors, and as our time there went on... crowd trickled in. Loaded Baked Potato appetizer, perfectly cooked and crispy. French Dip Panini and Shrimp & Braised Ribs for main courses... both delicious!! Zeppolis and Cappuccino for dessert. We were well looked after by Trina throughout our stay. Music played in the background and games were on the over-the-bar screens, but it never seemed noisy. 10 out of 10... highly recommend!“

“Great customer service. The people who work there are knowledgeable and they have the best stock of bikes around. At 5’1” no one ever has bikes in my size. Not only did Piermont have a bike, they had 4 for me to test. Sunny also told me the size I originally thought I needed was too big and his recommendation for the smaller frame was spot on. I ended up with a 44 cm Cannondale Evo and couldn’t be happier.“

“A welcoming experience if you are visiting the area. There was a bit of a wait (30min for 2) at 8pm, but I would say it is worth it. The atmosphere is just so homey and, well, tavern-y! The staff were very sweet to talk to while waiting outside, and we were served pretty quick as well.

I will say that $20+ for one burger is a bit absurd, but that’s how they get you with the tourist prices. The Smokehouse was perfect however, and I’m still craving the wild-boar disco fries. Come wait here instead of Horsefeathers!“

“I go every Monday with my husband , we love this place , the front guy desk with glasses I don’t know his name but he is so amazing he is one of the kind me and my husband loves going there because of how he is treating us nice and good customer service , my husband is a police officer and I’m a teacher so we only get 1 once a week to go on a date and every week on Monday we go to curry N wok because it’s so awesome , the food so amazing too , customer service amazing , I love the DoSa , pakora with their amazing tea , also their sambar Veda super super amazing , this place it’s my go to . They are 10 Star . 💫“

“I’m afraid to be too honest about how much I loved my first visit to The Tasty Table for fear that the more of us who share the less chance I’ll get a table…but…it’s great!! I can hardly wait to return! Sunday brunch is fantastic! Busy and absolutely worth the wait! I had their delicious shakshuka and an early grey tea while my friend had the hamburger and a cappuccino. We both loved it!!! We ate outside which was lovely, but inside is even more lovely! The design is farmhouse chic meets French patisserie…a great combo!!! And…the staff was kind and generous!! “I have been coming to this location since it opened. It’s always lovely and had its good times and ok times. BUT in the last 6 months they have been killing it with customer service! The staff is always welcoming with smiles and hospitality. Just what we have been missing in this business. Eat - say hi to your server and enjoy! You won’t be disappointed. Big props to Edgar the manager! Also- I live for their flat whites.“

“JADEN, our server, was very courteous, attentive and friendly. Today I enjoyed fried okra with a spicy chili sauce on the side. In addition I was treated to two large salmon cakes accompanied by grits with Gouda cheese.
My nephew described JADEN as a server who provided excellent service. The food he ordered was also excellent; whiting with grits, as well as, a side of six cheese Mac & cheese.
The take home orders for Mommy was collard greens, potato salad and yams.
I Have been to MY FATHER’S HOUSE many times for various celebrations and even for a night out with friends.

“An unexpected seafood find in Mamaroneck! This place has it all—fresh seafood, prepared seafood, a sushi counter, and seafood cooked to order.

I usually prefer a Connecticut-style lobster roll, but since I was taking it to the pool, I went with the Maine-style cold lobster salad. It was delicious! BIG chunks of lobster, just the right amount of mayo, and a buttery roll toasted perfectly—crispy, golden, and sturdy enough to hold all that lobster.

I also tried the Lady Dragon Roll (I believe that was the name), made fresh while I waited. Shrimp tempura inside with spicy salmon on the outside—so good!

There are a few tables inside and outdoor patio seating, making it a great spot for a casual seafood lunch. I also noticed they run specials, so check their social media. The day I visited, a lobster roll with fries and coleslaw was around $29.95.“

“Mashed Burgers is one of the best burger spots I’ve ever been to! They have so many options to choose from, and the customer service is amazing. The staff is always respectful, friendly, and welcoming. I personally always go for the Triple Smash Burger, and it never disappoints! If you’re looking for a delicious burger with great service, I highly recommend giving Mashed Burgers a try. You won’t regret it!“

“Nice mom and pop Dominican food spot in pleasantville.
We stopped in for lunch and we're glad we did.
The woman working the counter was very friendly and welcoming. The buffet had a little of everything and is sold by the pound. There is also a nice menu that you can order from.
We got some food from the buffet, chicken, pepper steak and white rice and a wedge with house spicy chicken, bacon, avocado and chipotle mayo.
The sandwich came out from the kitchen and it was huge and delicious.
They have a large selection of beverages and chips etc and most importantly, everything is very clean !!
There are a few tables to eat in or you can take out.

“Lifelong Palisades resident, and have loved the 9W Market/The Filling Station since it opened back in 2011! A HUGE improvement over the previous ownership when it was called the Palisades Market which opened in the spring of 2010 and was only open for a few months and then closed. I was so disappointed with the Palisades Market because it lacked a decent food selection and this community needed something so much more. Luckily, the owners of the 9W Market have done such an amazing job! I’ve never had a bad meal here! The ingredients are high quality and super fresh! The atmosphere and ambiance is very relaxing and tranquil! Love the bistro theme on the indoor side and picnic theme by the filling station burger stand. Not to mention, the burgers are the best I’ve ever had! Made with high quality grass fed beef! This is gourmet nyc restaurant style food right in our local neighborhood! Keep up the great work!“
