“The food is here is by far one of the more reliable places to get Asian Cuisine. The food is not overly fried or heavily seasoned. We come here occasionally after the dog park visit, and we have yet to be disappointed. The wonton soup is a must have, better than anywhere else I have tried. The prices are also very good. Normally I have something criticizing to say but I genuinely appreciate this place for a cheat night. You won’t feel guilty with the fun of take out. The place is small and there isn’t anywhere to eat if you wanted. “I grew up in Elmhurst and getting skewers at this neighborhood staple as a snack was always a treat I looked forward to. Now, I’m happy that we can buy as many skewers as we dare (before we pass the threshold of waking up with a sore throat the next morning).This Chinese BBQ skewer cart is a no-frills, mom and pop food stand on the corner of Whitney Ave & Broadway by the LIRR tracks. Most of their skewers cost between $2-$3; they’re perfect for a late night eats adventure! The seasoning the sweet Chinese couple uses has just the right amount of cumin, heat, and spice. We sat at one of their 3 tables this past Monday evening and saw a steady stream of customers lining up for their grilled skewers. When all 3 tables were full, a 4th table and set of stools was set up as well. The cart is at their spot daily between 5:30pm-1:30am - you’ll find them if you see the smoke!? Pork buns were pillowy soft and juicy. Miso soup was perfect consistency.
Server at the counter is extremely pleasant.

“I recently ordered 20 kebabs from this small restaurant for a gathering, and they were a huge hit! The kebabs were perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection, with a rich, smoky flavor that everyone loved. The portions were generous, and the 20 kebabs easily fed a large group with plenty to go around. The quality of the food was top-notch, and you could tell everything was made fresh. I originally was craving some type of Korean wings I thought this place would have that but they really don't because I ended up getting a spam crispy roll thing it's like sushi only with Spam sounds gross but it's actually really good. And some wings. This food was higher quality than I thought even though it was a little expensive it's okay though because you get what you pay for and this food was banging. And I mean BANGING. LIKE WOW. My boba tea was also good I told them to not make it so sweet it was still kind of too sweet for my tasty“

“They have very good food here, I'm vegan and they are very accommodating. I like to order tofu and broccoli with curry sauce which is technically not on the menu but it comes out amazing. If you're looking to try something new or reduce the meat I highly recommend. Get it with brown rice if you want it to be even healthier.

“It's a good spot, but it's not enough for a 5 star because the competition around it is fairly better. As far as taste goes, I'd go to Sarku Japan a block from here. For affordability, there's a vendor in the Jamaica Market where they have a lunch special for just $6. There's also a hole in the wall spot called PP Boy that has a better selection of Sushi rolls.

Anyway I'll get to why I rated this place a 4. The food is average, it's not bad but it's not good enough to stand out. Props to the ladies on service, they are on point and are very kind so I will always give good commendation on enthusiastic service. I got the Chicken bento which does come with teriyaki chicken & rice, steamed veggies, 2 spring rolls, 2 gyoza dumplings and 4 California rolls for $12.99 which is decent but would be perfect with a drink included. Chicken teriyaki w/ rice was pretty good, veggies were alright, spring rolls were good, dumplings were decent but I'd prefer them steamed than fried and the Cali rolls were alright. Could've came with a cup of soy sauce and Wasabi sauce which they didn't have so that's a miss on their part.

If this joint were the only spot of its kind within a 10 block radius, I'd come here more than once, but with Sarku Japan, PP Boy, 2 Asian fusion spots in Jamaica Market and Panda Express all within a sole block from one another, It'll be awhile before this place sees me again. Too many options for them to stand out.“

But This was my first time ever along with my child & Husband trying out this Restaurant & it was just excellent, amazing, perfect! The fact I had ordered on Uber eats and uber eats canceled my order due to the driver taking long & restaurant closing up, but as soon as my order was cancelled on the app, this restaurant actually did not hesitate to contact me directly, to tell me that they will deliver the food to me & did ask where was I located, which I mentioned “Far Rockaway” & which this excellent restaurant was still nice & Great about delivering my orders, I did mention that I was very understandable & I would pay for the toll for them to come over & go back which was just 4$ total & then tip them very well in my part which they actually deserved! I can say that this Long Beach Chines restaurant is on top of the line! Please don’t miss out at all! I never had ever tasted A excellent Special House fried rice like theirs, along with there Chicken wings, Jumbo Shrimps, shrimps Broccoli & White rice, & French Fries, & Egg Roll, that tasted amazing & was NOT GREECY at all! “I should have reviewed this place years ago...given the fact that I have been coming here for over a decade when the place was a hole in the wall. This place has expanded and has stayed standing for a reason. Their sushi is ALWAYS fresh, their staff makes it a point to get to know you, and it's probably the best sushi I've had in all of NY....and I've had a lot. I will continue eating from here at least once a week (yes, I eat here at least once a week) until they decide to close their doors (which I hope is never)“

I went here for a good dinner and was able to try a good spread of sushi for a reasonable cost.We started with the pork gyoza, which was nice and pan-fried with a side of the classic ginger sauce. For rolls, we tried the Philly roll, atlantic beach roll, pink panther roll, and million dollar roll. All fresh and tasty, but nothing really stood out above the rest.I would recommend this place for some good choices of sushi.
