We had the chopped cheese and a jerk chicken quesadilla a salute to Chef Tristans roots Jamican Chinese.

The wagyu chopped cheese was something..wow! Ton of flavor and that bread was perfect. Cheesey, savory, buttery ,and that crunch.

This spot is great! a hidden gem in Elmhurst in the middle of Little Thailand Way.

The jerk quesadilla is great but is really spicy. If you like heat get it. They use scoth bonnet peppers.

Go check them out. And let me know if this is the best chopped cheese in NYC .

My friend and I ate a bacon egg and cheese on toast. The entire sandwich is a beautiful presentation. The toast was golden brown, warm and sliced as to envelope the ingredients. The cheese a warm gooey skin around the walls of the toast. The bacon, added wonderful flavor to the fluffiest eggs I have seen in quite a while. I highly recommend stopping in and trying it for yourself. Your taste buds will thank you!“

“It's our first time here, we wanted a more regular style of pizza vs the regular Danni's pizza that we normally get in the neighborhood so we decided to give this one a shot. There pene slice was delicious and the garlic knots were fabulous, best ones I've had yet actually. We also ordered a cheese slice and the pepperoni , I found the pizza to be to floppy I would have preferred more of a slight crunch and sturdy slice. But none the less it satisfied my craving for a classic regular NY slice“

We were in town helping another G-FORCE location with an Amazon project, so naturally, we took a break to explore the local food scene. First Impressions: We kicked off with the Deviled Eggs – the jalapeño added a nice little kick while the bacon... well, it was bacon – crispy and delicious. Next up were the House Pickles – sweet, vinegary, and unexpectedly tasty. Who knew pickles could be this good? The Mains: Harry went with the Pulled Pork – packed with flavor, moist, and paired with an excellent sauce. The Potato Salad stood out with just the right-sized chunks, and the Cornbread? Perfectly crispy on the outside. Steve opted for the BBQ Chicken – tender and juicy, coated with that same outstanding house sauce. And the Kielbasa? This place might not be Polish, but they nailed it – full of flavor and definitely a surprise hit! The Potato Salad reminded us of Grandma’s homemade classic, and the Collards had a unique twist that, honestly, we didn’t hate. The rest of the table didn’t hold back either – from the Burger to the Mac and Cheese and, of course, more Pulled Pork, it was all a hit! “I've been to Veggie Castle plenty of times and it's honestly amazing soul/caribbean-style vegan food. If you sometimes crave familiar flavors from previous non-vegan days, you should give it a try. The vegan fish, bbq chick'n legs, kale, mac & cheese, ginger chik'n, and BBQ jackfruit sandwiches are some of my favorites that I've tried.“
