Service (N/A): You can order at a huge self-serve kiosk at the front or at the register. We ordered at the kiosk.
Fish Dumplings (4/5): You can see the staff making the dumplings fresh right in front of you!! We tried a order of 14 fried fish dumplings. The dumplings were uniquely folded and were stuffed with meat. The fried skin was perfect. I think I would’ve preferred pork over fish but we were on a food crawl, so we couldn’t get more to try.“

“Ive been coming to Annie’s for over a year and love it so much! Their coffee is top tier! I usually get a latte or their draft La Colombe cold brew. It’s always made perfect they also have a variety of pastries and bagels. I’m a big dog lover and have a doodle of my own and this place is super cute because they have a separated dog friendly back area which you can bring your dog to socialize with others and enjoy your coffee.“

“Located in Tangram mall, this Matcha Cafe Maiko location is a great stop for a sweet treat. They have a couple kiosks where you can order at, and service is relatively quick considering how popular it can get.

They have a variety of matcha and other Asian drinks and cold desserts. Every month, they also have specialty flavors. When I went, I got their matcha and lychee parfait while my friend got their matcha soft serve. The parfait had so many different kinds of toppings and the portion was generous. Love their soft serve and I will definitely be coming back. (Their quality is also pretty consistent across locations!)“

Dense and large rice roll with some crispy texture in the middle. The meat is thin and tender.

Lots of flavor with pieces of BBQ pork and thin rice roll

Watercress rice roll 7/10
Thin rice roll with lots of watercress but not a ton of flavor.

Curry fish ball w/ rice roll (cheung fun) 7/10
The curry flavor is weak and the fish balls are basic“

“YuanYang Dessert is a relatively small and modern chain that appears quite new, offering a pleasant atmosphere that includes clean restrooms, a definite plus.

The main draw for me was the desserts themselves. I loved that everything was not too sweet, which is exactly what I prefer. While the signature dessert was perfectly fine, it wasn't remarkable for me, so I'm looking forward to exploring the rest of their menu on my next visit.

I was a bit surprised by a few menu details. First, they didn't carry the hot, black sesame-filled mochi, which is a staple at many similar dessert shops. More importantly, the menu description for the sesame balls was unclear, and the waitress failed to mention that the item was fried when I ordered. This lack of transparency is concerning, especially for customers who need to be cautious about preparation methods due to dietary restrictions or allergies. Hopefully, they clarify the menu and preparation methods in the future.

In terms of convenience, the location stands out. They offer a great self-service screen for quick takeout orders, which is a nice bonus. Attentional, the staff was patient, accommodating, and spoke fluent English when answering my questions.

“They have a very generous portion of what we ordered of eggs and potatoes. Sometimes the place is packed. The area is quite small. Take out is better. And if it's not peak hours, dining in is okay too. Peak hours, don't expect to get a seat. Bagels and coffee are good.

Vegetarian options: They have a good selection for bagels and they serve toast and eggs and some vegetables.

Parking: Not a lot but people come and go and there's a good chance to get a spot.“

I was there yesterday (July 13) and ordered several of their delicious sandwiches, a Cubano to die for, and my beet and goat cheese salad!
You are the best deli artisan sandwich establishment I have ever been to. I’ve had some sandwiches, but your sandwiches, all the combos, and salad are amazing.
Oh yeah, and your extra-large muffins and everything—oh my God, this is fantastic. Your place is tremendous.

“my mom and i recently started to go here for deli sandwiches and have been very pleased. i can only speak on cold cut heroes/rolls and all have been absolutely delicious. the meat is fresh and juicy and a good price for the value. my mom likes that they have rice pudding and i like their selection of chips to have with my sandwich. love the variety of sandwiches they have on the board as i will never get bored going there.“

“Why didn’t I find this IHOP location sooner? I’ve always been skeptical about breakfast franchises - especially IHOP. I mean, how good can breakfast really be? But this location completely changed my mind.

The service was outstanding, and the food genuinely impressed me. The servers were warm and welcoming. Their signature pancakes were perfectly fluffy and paired beautifully with the butter and syrup. The omelette was huge, and the price was very reasonable. Even the coffee was great - smooth, not burnt, and they leave the whole pot at your table for easy refills.

I honestly don’t think I’ll be going to local diners anymore. IHOP has won me over for breakfast!

He took his time with the bbq, the seasoning was right on and spicy! Most items are $2 with some at market price. We tried the squid ($5) and really delicious! Give him a try and you’ll be glad that you do. Starts at 6pm though.“

Both were overall very good with fresh, high quality ingredients and an excellent brioche style roll. It was difficult eating these burgers without making a mess and the fatty juices were flowing out like a fountain.
