“Our first time at Milano last night and food was excellent, Ribeye steak cooked perfectly, haddock oregatano nicely seasoned and cooked properly, chicken parm huge and beautifully done, and chicken Marsala excellent flavor. Samir and his staff are wonderful, attentive and great service, this is one of the nicest restaurants Utica has to offer. As other reviewers have stated, Samir, the owner makes his way to the table to insure you are happy with your meal and dining experience. I highly recommend this place“

“My family ate at Venturas on Tuesday; my husband ordered the steak which I was seriously so impressed with that I just had to drive back there tonight to get a takeout NY strip for me (I did share with my husband too). AGAIN, very impressed! Perfect seasoning and tenderness which i have not had since eating at a Ruth Chris in FL! I love their bread with the Pesto in the oil! Nice touch. Thank you“

“My family and I loved this little place. Stopped by here on a whim traveling through town, and were pleasantly surprised. Subs, pizza and pasta were all great, and the staff was excellent, especially the front of the house. Inside was small, but clean. Only knock is no public restrooms, but I get why they wouldn't be open. Would definitely recommend this place!“

“Dinner and show date night with hubby. We wanted something close to the Stanley so we didn’t have to look for parking and that wasn’t far away. Couldn’t get much closer than right next door. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. From the appetizers to the entree, the food was amazing and perfectly cooked. Our waiter Paul was very attentive and prompt, price very reasonable for drinks, appetizers and dinner. Highly recommend.“

“A buddy and I went to this place for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The pizza was much different than what I'm used to but it was really good! The sauce was on top of the pizza and the cheese was underneath. The guys working there were also very friendly, the food came out quickly, and the prices were good. If you're ever in the Utica area, I would highly recommend to try this place out!“

“I just want to say if you have not tried this family owned pizza place it is a must try. We had our family Christmas party yesterday. The staff is amazing and friendly. everyone really enjoyed the pizza and sausage bread. And I am one that doesn't like sausage bread and I tried it and it was really good. I for sure will be back.“

“First and foremost...OUTSTANDING FOOD! I came here with my buddy today! I had the lasagna special, 10 wings, and he ordered a small mushroom pizza!! Lasagna is my favorite food, and I know excellent lasagna when I taste it!! I had excellent, even outstanding, lasagna at Sorrento's!! In all seriousness, it was the best lasagna I've had in months!! The wings were perfectly cooked! My buddy loved his pizza!! Even better than the meal, was our very friendly, outgoing, and professional server named Dante!! On a scale from 1 to 10...this meal was easily a 10 (Outstanding)! Thanks Dante!! You were awesome!!“

“Starved before I went to get my nails done at Sheen and this place was open before 11…yippie. I walked in and could not get over the number of kids in there. I find out later that they feed kids for free during the summer so who could not give this place 5 stars? The kids were all so well behaved and the staff treated them so great, it was heartwarming. I got a sub and fries to go and thought both were very tasty.“
