Everything taste fresh and even the chip were crispy fresh and taste homemade. The crema, beans, steak well seasoned, guacamole all paired wonderfully and perfect portions of each. I hate getting nachos with 80% chips, 10% beans and barely any protein. This place knows exactly what they’re doing and I can’t wait to try other stuff on their menu. House salad was nice, with a touch of unexpected mint, but the Vegetarian Chili Rellenos with winter vegetables really missed the mark. In hindsight I should have returned it as it was warm but barely cooked. Every vegetable stuffed in the poblano chili, including the chili itself, was still crunchy (almost raw) rather than what I am sure the head chef would have intended. Also, The carrot pure sauce was a bit too heavy on the cream. I had high expectations, so was disappointed.“

The tacos normally come with cilantro and onions only. Guacamole is extra but that’s expected.“

“While the burrito was good, I paid $5 extra for barbacoa and it was pork, $16 is too much for a pork burrito. How can I tell? There was crispy skin and barbacoa does not have that.

Portion was big for me - ended up eating half and will be eating other half for dinner. Would definitely come in again. Order total was about 21 for the torta and a Mexican coke.“

“Decided to treat myself to dinner and went to check out this place. Came in during a dinner rush and was seated right away. A nice dark atmosphere. I ordered the NY strip steak and I gotta say it was amazing. Cooked to perfection, melted in my mouth. Cooked like a real steak a perfect medium rare. So good on its own and didn't any sauce but it came with a delicious arbol chilli salsa. Great service with friendly staff. I can't wait to come back and try the lamb tacos amongst other things.
