Oso has consistently great food and service
We’ve never been disappointed in any dish!
Our faves are the chips and guac, burrito, and of course the tacos.
This is real Mexican, not the Tex-Mex most Americans are used to: Clean, fresh, flavorful, and healthy
The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and professional
Never been there for dinner, only brunch, simply because we usually cook dinner at home
But I have no doubt that the dinner menu is at least as good as brunch

“Totally decent all vegan restaurant. I have no complaints. The food quality has gone way up in the few years since I last visited. This is a great place for a causal date or a meal with friends/ family. Portion sizes are good and in the evening until 630 the happy hour cocktails are BOGO. “It was a surprise to find this little restaurant in Harlem. There were no tables, and we took the last two seats at the bar. While we waited, I surprisingly felt at home. The aroma of the food, the care with which Karina prepared each of the dishes, and the kindness and joy they served us. By the time our table was ready, we didn't want to take it anymore; we ate much more than we planned to order because we didn't want to miss out on their delicious food. I have dietary restrictions, and I was surprised to see that everything from the exquisite tortillas to the delicious tres leches dessert was prepared right there, gluten-free and preservative-free. After looking at many places on Columbus that just didn’t thrill us, we were SO happy to find the incredibly delicious Mexican cuisine at Nina’s last night I had the Cochinita Pibil (with an orange habanero salsa on the side that will let you know who’s boss…) and my old friend had Enchiladas Mole with chicken. Excellent and authentic food with warm, friendly staff, and a great bar selection with many tequilas. Nina’s is great! Reasonable too! Glad to give credit where it’s due to this 7mo old establishment that I hope stays for many years! Will return for more!“

“Very nice place to get some tacos and drinks, they have an outdoor area so now that the weather is getting warmer its perfect. Drinks also come with a popsicle, very fun and tasty. Highly recommend the tacos, the chicken mole was okay, not my favorite, but not bad either. Flan was creamy and delicious. Also they allow dogs if you’re sitting outside, I brought mine and they even filled his water bowl :) we will be returning!“

“When we review restaurants it should be in the context of what they are, and what they are for. This is a beyond serviceable lunch spot that seems to invalidate existence of the nearby chipotle, and possibly even the nearby sweet green.

The food is fresh, the prices are reasonable and the portions are immense. The staff is friendly and the place is clean.

The food is also, by the way, quite tasty.

There are a lot of lunch options in the neighborhood but this is clearly one of the best if you are seeking a chipotle style meal.

“I cannot sing the praises of this place and the staff enough! We had a long day at the museum and we were all starving and the kids were very cranky. We took forever trying to find a place that they would all find something to eat at but that place didn't work out so we came here not realizing how lucky we were. After having a quick glance at the menu I realized two of my children would probably not eat anything. Two of the ladies that work there helped us work it out to piece together a meal for them with components they already have. It took quite a while figuring everything out but they were patient and helpful. The food was outstanding and the cocktails and mocktails were phenomenal. I wish I lived closer because this would be a regular place for me. Highly recommend!“

“We came here after my wife’s aunt just passed away and she was about to head home to put down her childhood dog. Server saw her crying and started feeding us shots and didnt charge us for them. Servers are people and they understood our general sadness. 11/10 would come back again just because the service was great, not because of the few free shots.

This spot fully delivered. We ordered the birria quesadilla and the Al pastor chicken bowl with horchata and Jamaica water. Everything blew our mind away! From the meat, to the salsas, and the smaller details like the handmade tortilla and seasoned rice, this place will be my go to moving forward.
