“Nice family restaurant. My first visit & taste of S. African french cuisine. Not too many place can offer good food at a reasonable price. This place does. Service was good. I had the Escargot & Tunisian Sausage. Both good. I like french food, but don't have it often since it's very rich. My hubby enjoyed the broiled Lamb chop. We shared the chocolate mousse torte. It was perfect, not too sweet. The flavors of the meal was spot on. Not overly salted, sweetened nor was there msg like most restaurants these days. Overall, I would go back & recommend this little gem. Our friend, long time patrons of La Baracka, had the AYCE lunch, which they enjoyed.“

“This is a new gem in Long Beach. We were greeted and seated immediately. Fantastic French menu. Our server, Danie, was excellent with her service and recommendations. One big plus-the onion soup isn’t salty ( as it is at other French restaurants.) We loved it and will return again soon.“

“Ordered to go; shaved broccoli and lake salad with steak. Steak cooked perfectly medium. Salad was perfect size and fill of flavor. Atmosphere looks fun but I didn’t eat there. Staff was incredibly friendly and accurate on time. Will visit again!“

Perfectly sautéed (not over done) and extremely tasty!
Not to mention the generous portions!
Stellar service too!!!
The waiter was kind to everyone, total angel.
Also, side note, I notice folks pay more for the fast food in the food court, which is insane (especially when this restaurant is feet away, right by the entrance in terminal 5!)“
